We had a fantastic weekend stay at this Scottsdale apartment — it truly felt like a home from home. The space was spotless, comfortably furnished, and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living areas perfect for unwinding after a day out. It’s in a great location too — close to restaurants, and Old Town Scottsdale, but quiet enough to relax. We’ll definitely be back!

Trying to get TV to connect to the Internet.... Dreadful and was endless sometimes having to reset...then once you did get it to work then the next time you had to start the procedure all over again so clearly a fault ... Everything else great :)

We loved staying in an apartment, even just for one night. The location was right next to a Mall which we enjoyed and not far from Target. Everything was very clean and beautiful.

Please ensure that your ad clearly states that parking is available at an additional cost of $25 per day, on top of the apartment fee. I don’t mind paying extra, but I would appreciate transparency about it upfront. Also, the check-in instructions mentioned that if a pool towel isn’t returned to the apartment, guests will be charged. However, there were no pool towels in the apartment at the time of our check-in. We were able to get extra towels from the front desk after reaching out to you, but it would be helpful if this was taken care of ahead of time. Having a coffee maker in the apartment would also be a great addition. Instant coffee isn’t the best option, and only two small packets of sugar weren’t enough for two people staying two nights. I ordered coffee downstairs, but unfortunately, there was no sugar there either. Being able to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning without needing to leave the apartment would really enhance the experience.

The apartment is in a very convenient location—close to everything. The lady at the front desk was very kind, and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Sentral Old Town is centrally located in the heart of Scottsdale. Within walking distance, you will find a high-end mall, bars, restaurants, and more. Sentral has all that you expect from a hotel but without the hefty price tag. And Sentral has more: an apartment instead of a small room, a full kitchen, and even a washer and dryer in the apartment. Tip: Sentral has a pool but no bar or restaurant on-site. Take an insulated water bottle and fill it with your preferred drink. When you get hungry, you can order through a whole bunch of different delivery services. Or you can use the free barbeques that are available in the courtyard. Finally, for those arriving by plane, download the Waymo One app and sign up. Waymo is a driverless car service that is excellent and, for now, very price-efficient. The wait times are minimal, and the service is excellent. One time, we had to wait three minutes more than indicated, and we immediately got a discount voucher for the next ride. Waymo is consistently good, with Uber or Lyft you have to wait to see what the car looks like and how good the driver is.

The 3-4 *temporary only* parking spots at the front of the property were occupied by people just using it as parking, so in order to go into the reception I left the car with hazard lights on at the side of the road. I consider myself very competent with technology but the check in process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Was instructed to use their website to check in and upload a photo of my id. No phone signal in the reception so had to connect to the WiFi. The website did not work properly so ended up having to send an email with a photo of my id instead of just showing it to the staff member directly in front of me. The only parking at the property is $25 a day and I had to download and register for a 3rd party parking app.

Here’s what I wish I would have known: 1. Staff arrive at 8am and leave before 10pm 2. No staff overnight. 4. Parking is confusing. I had to download a parking App that then granted me access to a parking garage on the north side. ($25 per night. Roughly) 5. No street parking 6. If you arrive after hours (10pm) you have to make sure to be pre checked in. They send a link via txt. Once you complete check in and pay incidental charges they will send you a pin and a key code. 7. Door code opens main entrance and there’s two lockboxes in the lobby with your keys. 8. Apartments have essentials. We asked the staff for extra blankets and they stated it was not guaranteed. 9. They don’t do daily housekeeping. Not sure how cleaning works. We found a trash room where we were able to discard items. Only 2 towels in our 1 bedroom apartment with no option for more/clean. BUT there is a in unit washer and dryer soooo wash your towels and it’s all good. 10. Staff won’t make a move to greet you but they are kind and helpful. They keep to themselves but are responsive. Overall, our experience was good. I wanted to ensure I highlighted the areas we struggled with. But the facilities are kept clean. Apartments are nice. It’s sort of help yourself . Assume you’re actually just at your home apartment & it’s all good. There’s a huge mall just across the street and Old Town Scottsdale is just 10-15min walk.

Excellent value! Nice space with plenty of room and very clean. My phone stopped working during the trip, so the only thing that was a little challenging was navigating check out when that happened without access to the booking information or procedures. Would be nice to have a little note or binder in the room with some of those details. The thermostat also was not working quite properly. I had to set it pretty high to get the room above 59 degrees. But I just bundled up and had a nice, easy stay otherwise. Thank you!

Well... pretty much nothing.

Perfect location since we planned to cycle for a few days. Right on the canal path and super close to all Old Town has to offer. Check was easy. Staff helpful. Very nice Courtyard and pool

The directions to get into the building and elevator and apt and then the parking lot were ridiculously complicated.

Very minimal supplies in the suite, there were only 2 bath towels provided, would have been nice to have two pool towels as well. There were no extra blankets or pillows either. 2 rolls of toilet paper, two singles of laundry soap. The toilet paper holder was just hanging on the wall, obviously not installed correctly. The shower had obvious water damage outside of the shower and was in obvious need of repair. There was complimentary shampoo provided in the shower but there were two shampoos and no conditioner. Some of these issues could be resolved by calling the front desk. Parking was expensive.

Being able to walk right out of our suite to the pool and hot tub was very convenient. The location to Old Town was excellent.
