This specific trip, the room wasn’t clean. Sheets had some spots, bathroom was not clean at all (avoiding those details here) and due to the time we returned from Disneyland it was too late for assistance with this but we did let staff know in the morning. Usually this is not a problem but something this weekend must’ve happened because we couldn’t even use the shower due to the cleanliness.

Love the property and the location. Have stayed here previously. Close to Disney, shopping and food!

Room faced a side street. A generator ran all night the first night. Walls are paper thin

Location was hood, walking distance to restaurants, convention center and Disney . Cheap Uber also an option. Great ice cream across the street!

The room opens to a parking space facing a drive-thru for a fast-food restaurant. They have other rooms that do not face the drive-thru, so please request one of those, if possible. The management should consider adding a physical barrier between the motel and the drive-thru, for privacy reasons.

Location is close to Anaheim Convention Center and Disney. The pool is heated. There are laundry facilities too.

Cleanliness. Amenities were not in the room until the last day. Bed wasn’t made the first day and it was poorly made the last day. Hair (human, long), on the floor, towels. No clothes hangers, had to ask for them, as well as an iron board. (Both nicely provided but were missing before).

The mattress sheets could have been extra cleaner. Upon entering as a first time patron, one of the Queen bed's sheet displayed of a smudge that seemed to resemble a paw print of a dog's.

I liked the accommodations of how the rooms are updated. Such as a microwave and fridge.

Laundry services was not friendly. Need to download app and to provide US phone number. Only had a washer and it was by the pool. No dryer. We ended up going to a laundromat nearby. Breakfast was basic: coffee, juice, muffin, yogurt and fruit.

Very near to Disneyland, abt 10 mins driving. A lot of food area around the unit. Walking distance to an ice cream parlor and a fast food restaurant. Free parking provided. Spacious unit. Staff was friendly and allowed baggage storage when we went to Wrightwood. Pool and jacuzzi available. Cleaning staff was helpful, though they dun speak much English. Great there was a microwave in the room, so able to warm up our food.

There were some loud noises from our neighbors but it was manageable.

I like that there were a lot of food restaurants in walking distance and city bus line in the area.

People outside my room yelling at each other in the middle of the night, 2 different days around 2am and 4am.

no curtains on the large window, only shades that I felt were see through,and made me feel uncomfortable. I needed black out curtains for day sleepers.

Loved the idea of breakfast but was never up early enough to eat. Great places to eat in the immediate area. Super close to the amusement parks and stadiums.

Our room got flooded used over 10 towels to dry the floor. The next door to us played their music so loud woke us up at 2am and lasted for hours. There was no security to keep the noise down at all, people banging on their door but was ignored by the people playing their music. Walls were paper thin that you could hear all the moaning non stop for hours.

Good location, you get what you paid for.

It was loud. On the weekends there was a lot of street noise until midnight.

The property was close to Disney and lots of restaurants and target. It was clean and well maintained.

Had issues with the washing machine. They don't accept coins, then had to download an app for which we couldn't put our international number, then it took a minimum of $15 from my account. Also the breakfast was very disappointing. The new owners we not restocking and by the 3rd day there were a lot less options. The muffins were days old and very hard.

Great location and pretty quiet. There were a lot of things within walking distance and plenty of places to eat.

Lack of necessity. Need hangers for clothes, need chairs for sitting and something to put your suitcase on.

There were little black flying bugs coming out of the shower drain after we showered. Upon walking into the room, it smelled like a musty wet old towel. The housekeeper tried to say she didn’t come by my room after our third day there because I left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. After the 1st night, we didn’t require any cleaning. After the 2nd day, I did forget to take the sign off. However, on the 3rd day, I almost forgot to take the sign off, but specifically went back to the room to make sure the sign was off. Then she tried to say she came by at 9am and the sign was still there, but I told her that wasn’t possible because we were already at the Disneyland parking structure by 8:30am. Office staff was great. Extending our stay for 1 more night was challenging because both the office girl and the Booking.com could not figure out how to extend the stay. Both said they needed to wait on the other for information. I went to the office with the Booking.com agent on the phone and he did not want to speak to the office girl.

The ease of checking in was great. Grab and go breakfast options available.

Our room had a really bad smell that came from the drainage pipes or sewers. Floor dirty. I would give it +2 more stars if not.

Large room. Free parking. Clean beds. Clean breakfast room and friendly breakfast lady Christine. Strolling to Disney took about 30 mins.

Some reaction to what might have been mildew in the room/bath. Power was available on only one side of the bed. Neither would prevent our return.

Great value for the accommodations. Very good communication: pleasant checkin experience, good local tips, pleasant greeter in the breakfast room, follow-up text check-in from hotel to ensure all was going okay with the stay. Quality hair product and body wash. Good Keurig coffee options and a bottle of water in the room, plus microwave and fridge. Pool and jacuzzi appeared in order, but didn't utilize. Parking was free and always a spot available. Being across from Joe's Italian Ice is a bonus.
