Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe only downside is the parking price - $40 per day is quite expensive. That said, I want to be honest: having the car parked in a safe, secure, and very convenient location was actually very comfortable and gave peace of mind.
We truly loved our stay at this hotel. Before arriving, I read a few reviews mentioning issues with hot water, which honestly made me a bit nervous - I was worried we wouldn’t be able to take proper showers. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. Everything worked perfectly, including hot water. The location is amazing — just about a 5-minute walk from Rodeo Drive, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable.

United StatesThe parking was completely ridiculous! Not the cost the fact that they neglect to tell you before you purchase the $40 per night parking that the space is tandem parking! And no the parking lot staff do not take your keys so that if someone parks behind your car they car move it and you can get out. If your lucky and park in the rear spot you can come and go. But if not your car is trapped, and you have to go that the hotel can get ahold of the guest who's car is blocking you and got that they will come down from their room, cross the street and move their car so you can get out! This is just RIDICULOUS! But other than that great little hotel for a short stay.
Fantastic location, great price for the area.

United KingdomI had noise in the room above me throughout my 8 nights stay. I thought it might stop but it didn't. I wasn't able to move rooms because the hotel was full.
Fantastic position in Beverly Hills, nice sized room, comfortable bed, good wifi even in the bedroom and a pleasant check in and check out experience.

ItalyEven if it is a non smoking hotel, in the balcony there was remains of cigarettes
It is really near to rodeo road, quite place, it has a little balcony that is very cute, the inside was clean, large shower. They gave shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and the cleaning service work daily efficiently. It has water dispenser in the hall and coffee machine (to pay). The area around is really safe, even during the night.

AustraliaThe rooms are a bit dated and the elevator makes a very loud noise that makes you think it is about to stop
The location was great. Walkable to shops/cafes and sights in Beverley Hills. The staff were so accomodating and helpful. The main lobby has a water machine which is useful.

NigeriaMy main issue was with housekeeping. The room wasn’t cleaned for two consecutive days. On the first day, I was told it was because I hadn’t turned on the “cleaning” switch, which I understood. However, on the second day, they claimed they couldn’t clean because there were items on the bed — yet the bathroom also wasn’t touched, which made that excuse feel unconvincing. For a hotel in Beverly Hills, I expected more consistency and professionalism.
The hotel’s location in Beverly Hills makes it a great value for money — it’s convenient and close to most attractions. The staff were polite and helpful with enquiries, and they didn’t hesitate to assist with small things like heating up meals or providing extra supplies. Overall, the service felt warm and accommodating.

GreeceThe property certainly requires a light renovation—primarily a cosmetic refresh of elements like the elevator, carpeting, etc. However, the need for these minor updates should not impact my overall rating.
Location-Location-Location The property is 10/10 for those who look for a value for money option, for no fancy facilities & amenities, and for a hotel that ticks all the boxes without anything bolt - and primarily they look for a ace that is next to the golden triangle

IrelandThere was a lot of construction happening in front of and surrounding the hotel to build a new subway station for Beverly Hills across from the entrance to the hotel. This went on until 2 in the morning one of the nights! Was also able to hear everything from the room above us, flooring wasn’t well insulated and could hear the plumbing go off every time the toilet was flushed or shower was used. Not sure if this was just in our room or a general issue with the pipes. Great location and everything else otherwise but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!
Excellent location only a few minutes walk from Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills sign. Lots of options for food a short walk away also

AustraliaIt was loud between rooms, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this might not be the place for you, you can hear people in the hallways.
The staff at reception were extremely friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect, for the price and location it is definitely worth the stay. Very cute boutique hotel, great bed, aircon working well, felt very safe as a solo traveller. Walkable cafes near by.

PolandThe bar was not working, and lobby seamed dead in general. Also the elevator was kinda scary and moving very slow. But other than that cannot complain at all. The bathrooms were funky too :P some might not like it.
Location was great. The hotel is located in a short proximity to Rodeo Dr. The area is really peaceful. Really close to the hotel at Crescent Ave there is a really cheap public parking (7$ overnight parking is insanely good coming from Philly). The hotel was modern and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay.
