The restaurant, bar, and hot tub were all "closed for renovations." despite being listed as open when I looked online prior to my reservation.

They didn’t tell me over the phone that the restaurant wasn’t open, it was getting renovated .When I asked where could we get breakfast they didn’t know at the desk .It was 4 adults in one room we came in for a funeral when I called and asked for face towels Saturday so we could get ready I never got 1

The kitchen is NEVER open. This was my second stay and there was no hot food which is very disappointing. Very hesitant to stay for my third business trip.

The room was clean, but one of the lamps would only flicker. Additionally, the reason that we picked Sonesta was for the added benefit of having a restaurant on site (for a meeting) and a hot tub. The restaurant was not open due to staffing issues, and the hot tub has been out of service for several months apparently. I understand both of these issues, but I would not have booked there if I had known this ahead of time.

Services and amenities ended up not being available. Based on the info sheet we got at check in, we expected to be able to have a shuttle take us somewhere at 9:15am on Sunday. However, it turned out no one was available so we had to pay for ride share. While the restaurant and hot tub weren't available, we ended up not needing them. Having options for pillow thickness would have been great. As a stomach sleeper, the pillows were too thick & I slept without one.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed that the shower heated up quickly & water pressure was sufficient (which isn't always the case). I liked having the coffee bar available as a backup to the coffeemaker in the room.

It was the middle of a snowstorm and there wasn’t many places to park. The room didn’t have a refrigerator and the bed sheets and the chair were stained. The remote was dirty I was disappointed with the cleanliness

Curtains at the window were torn. Curtain in the shower was too short. Wood furniture had lots of nicks and scratches. TV wasn’t working in my room. Had to have staff come up to reconnect it properly.

The king suite was not what I was thinking, wallpaper peeling off the wall in bathroom along with missing fixtures. The bedroom had water damage by the window. I’ve also never not had a fitted sheet on the bed, they had a flat sheet….. that was weird. #423 No breakfast in the morning

The facilities like hot tub and swimming pool were under maintenance. Restaurant closed. Room furniture needs cleaning. Stayed in the suit with small pantry but no silverware, cups or plates provided.

Furniture in room, cheap, old and in poor condition. No refrigerator as the website indicated. Limited restraunt hours. Ridiculously high fee for early check in. Pool and hottub out of order. Ice and vending not on every floor.

The pool room is in need of renovation for safety and esthetics.

We were bummed there was no breakfast offered. Unfortunately the hot tub needs reapir. The booking site Said it had a hot tub, which it did, but it was not working and wint be until sometime in 2025. We did look on their direct website and they did due diligence to tell potential patrons it wasn't working, but when booking online through a site it made no mention. We would have gone elsewhere had we known that. The pool area itself is need of repair, walls are peeling, tiles coming off. I hope they get to these safety changes soon. The lobby was great, plenty of access to outlets and charging stations. We also saw the restaurant listed kn the booking sites, we were drawn to the place because of it and it being a Sunday after a long day of travel. We didn't realize the restaurant isn't open in the weekends at the time of being. Their personal website does say that though. Lesson learned to look at their website for updates and specifics not just what the booking sites say. Bed was nice. Room was clean.

When I arrived after midnight, it appeared to me that there were prostitutes and gentlemen in the lobby. More specifically at the snack/store area. I could be wrong but probably not and it set me up for a distasteful experience

Hot tub was broken and 1 of the main reason we selected this hotel was because of the free shuttle to baseball games, but unfortunately this is no longer a service offered if booked through different websites. But all in all is was a good stay

The pool and Hot tub were ok but not necessarily inviting. My room was not entirely clean. Minor things but the shower had a bunch of hair on the floor, the towel had some black marks on it, the drawers and cabinets were a little dusty and had some crumbs in them. Also, no usb areas to plug chargers into and there was only decaf for the Keurig. Again all minor but noticeable

The Bartender on Friday Aug 23rd was awesome! He was so friendly and easy to talk to…very efficient! Front desk were also all very friendly and efficient!
