Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We needed more towels but it was our fault for not asking!

Another family was chewing up grapes and spitting them back in the pool. Pool rules were not being followed by the young children, not did their parents instruct them differently. They also openly changed out of bathing suits at the tables. whereas a changing area or bathroom would have been more appropriate to avoid public nudity. Waffle batter slightly too thin creating hollow waffles in the press.
Room layout comfortably fit our family of 5. Clean hotel room. Breakfast was appreciated.

Our room vibrated from the washer and dryer. Other than that it was great.
Clean and comfortable. Quiet for the most part. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good.

They do attract bus loads of visiting college sports athletes so we needed to get breakfast before they all descended in the lobby.

Not a lot I didn’t like. There was a hole in my mom’s fitted sheet which may have been an oversight. Not a huge deal, but not a good look. The fridge could stand to be replaced. Loved the pool, but that could probably use a makeover too…seems to be some aging.
To be honest I’ve never stayed in a hotel with 2 TV’s in my room. Lol The room was nice and cozy and clean. Pool was warm and lovely.

No restaurant or food available within walking distance.

Room size felt spacious. . The sofa bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful even with 3 high school teams in the hotel. Shuttle service is great.

Being charged $5 for parking + then I had to walk half a mile from where I parked to the hotel as they were repairing the parking lot.

I wasn't happy that the exhaust fan in our room didn't work. The room phones had no dial tone, the bathroom only had one roll of toilet tissue for four people,not enough counter space and not enough lighting and the adjoing room ceiling started to leak into the air conditioning unit Sunday night
I liked that it was close to where I wanted to be.

I arrived late after a delayed flight and the hotel greater, Carolyn, was very pleasant at 12:30 am, as was the shuttle driver.

The bathroom in the room was outdated with some visible mold in the shower.
The location close to the airport was convenient and safe. The Lobby and room were nice, clean, and comfortable

The hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms, front desk said that rate would be adjusted for compensation ... but that did not happen. A compensation adjustment was not expected until the person at the front desk told us that ... then they didn't follow through. Very poor PR.

My only complaint is the bathroom. The shower was not the cleanest, there was dried bloody booger on the wall which was disgusting. I mentioned it to the staff and she said she’d “make a note”
The location was good and easy to get to. The complementary breakfast was pretty good.

My card wouldn’t work because their system has older machines!! The front desk check in was a nightmare because of this!! The manager at front(Rachael) was not very accommodating and very loud in telling us our card was declined!! Everyone in lobby was aware of the card being declined (her words) !! The other girls even felt sorry for us Jill, Christina!! They were very professional and lower toned!

The halls and main areas were often lacking supplies (i.e. towels at the pool and working water and cups in the workout room)
