Location so far from main downtown.

OK although rather chaotic atmosphere with kids playing Monopoly and screaming. Great location just just around

The breakfast was ok. Eggs and some sausage were missed

The location was great. We came into Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The location of the hotel was downtown, close to restaurants and the location of the OSF stages.

The lounge area to the left of the entry has been changed - it will only seat a couple of folks. We were there with family and the rooms were not a place where we could meet and talk. Went up to the breakfast room, which was fine, but I'm not sure it's really supposed to be available after 7 or 8.

Well appointed room. Great towels. Breakfast room is bright and airy. Simple fare but plenty of it - and very good coffee. Staff in the breakfast room are helpful and friendly.

On my final day, the coffee mugs and coffee weren't replaced, the pot wasn't cleaned, the sink didn't look like it had been wiped, and the bed was a little sloppy.

The duvet style wrap of the sheets kept coming off during sleep. Duvet covers with buttons might work better.

The staff replaced a chair that was broken and did so very quickly. It was also an excellent location because we could easily walk to the town center.

Shower drained very slowly. The room would have been more comfortable with a loveseat or two armchairs instead of the dining-type chairs in the room.

Large, clean room with a window. Easy to find with adequate parking.

All of the staff are wonderful. Especially helpful was Elijah at the front desk and MJ in the kitchen. The breakfast was really good with a nice view and plenty of space. My room had a lovely view of the mountains and was very quiet. The bonus was getting up early Sunday morning and taking a short walk to a graveyard where a family of 9 deer was resting!
