Getting and returning the key was a bit of a hassle with lockbox on street, neighborhood is a little seedy, but car was secure in garage. No pool access

A duplicate of the key and badge would've been helpful and a bigger iron board.

The appartment is well located, and I'm not only talking about the proximity with Hollywood boulevard and its main attraction but in LA in general. Downtown LA is accessible via the subway in 30 min. The Griffith Observatory and Universal Studios are also close. As for Santa Monica beach, it is also accessible though we did choose to take the car to go there. (be careful of traffic) The appartment is well furnished, you will find plenty enough utensils to cook, a hair dryer and an iron. A bigger iron board would've been appreciated though. An upgrade that could be done could be a towel dryer. Do note that multiple towels were provided so you can just rotate the towel usage. In proximity of the appartment, you will find a mid-size grocery store (Ralphs) which is plenty enough to respond to your needs.

Having previous with an AIRBNB rental did give a few recommendations to make it perfect! Very minor and more conveniences than anything else.

This was a gem for sure. Excellent price, great location made for easy walking to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Property managers made check in, our stay and check out seamless. Can’t say enough good about our experience!

The checkout and check in time are too tight 10 AM checkout and 4 PM checkin is a very tight window If someone arrives early in the morning, they would’ve to wait.

Location is good, near Hollywood. Property is clean and silent. This is a studio apartment (and not a 1 BHK) Room is spacious, and sufficient for 4 persons. Bathroom is spacious and fully equipped.

Futon is very uncomfortable for sitting on and impossible to sleep on. One of the beds has a futon mattress on it that was firm and uncomfortable. We put 2 comforters on top of it to make it more comfortable. Would have been nice to have a wash cloth towel available.

Good location, close to walk of fame and other tourist attractions. Indoor parking was nice. Clean unit. Helpful host who came to fix the TV when it stopped working. Quick communication with the host.

There was a really bad smell, something like some spray for insect killing or something. After a few days that smell disappeared, but we started smelling something else, like something was rotting. Also, there were cockroaches in the apartment. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place was close to the walk of fame, but that is the only upside of it. Oh, and they gave us a parking space.

Only bath towels available. No hand towels for the bathroom. The shower was very low and difficult to then wash your hair plus the water temp went from hot to cold all the time.

The size and location were fantastic. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room when we arrived. Air con was nice but very noisy and kept waking us up during the night.
