Breakfast wasn’t very good and eating area needed cleaning

. It was okay for a short stay and easy access to the highway. Room worked well for my little dog. Cost was relatively reasonable for the area. We enjoyed dinner at a local bar & grill, The 4 Aces.

Bathtub had been repainted and was chipping. We did not use it. The clerk was very uninformed and inexperienced. Room 111 was wide open in the morning in below freezing Temps. Parking lot was not plowed. Ice machine was broken and breakfast was meager.

The bathtub and microwave were disgustingly dirty. There was built-up grime in the tub, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned/scrubbed in years. There was no screen on the window. A few of the outside doors for other rooms had damaged trim. There were empty bottles of booze laying in the parking lot in the morning that weren't there the previous day when we checked in. The TV had issues and we had to ask the clerk for help to get it set up and working--she had just came back from doing the same for another room.

It was a dog friendly motel. The check-in clerk was pleasant. The room was spacious, as we had booked a two bed room. The bed was fairly comfortable. The motel was conveniently located near the interstate.

Rough around the edges and nothing in Hardin. If you’re going to see the Little Bighorn battlefield, stay in the hotel near the battlefield and eat at the Custer Battlefield Trading Post. Nothing to eat in Hardin that is worth paying for.

I felt it was a bit pricy considering it is noisy and there was no breakfast.

The gentleman who checked me in is the best part of your hotel. The first room I had the door locked me in. The front desk gentleman came and saw the situation. We then relocated me to another room. The hotel room was clean and roomie. The bed is squeaky and of course the hotel is next to a busy casino. Non of that can be helped. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast available. I give the staff an A+.

We paid for and confirmed breakfast….but apparently they have not done breakfast since covid. The rooms are very shabby, painted bath, no plugs, not overly clean, door didn’t lock well, TV didn’t show any channels. The trains were loud outside. The beds were comfortable but not enough covers for a winter night and we were all cold.

The shower did take a long time to run warm water. The car park has not been cleared from snow, so was quite icy and slippery. Also, please update the listing in Booking.com to advise no breakfast is available if that is the case - otherwise it is misleading.

The bed was comfortable and was a good location to visit the Battle of Little Bighorn early the next day. The room was pretty clean. Overall it was okay for an overnight stay. Had microwave and small fridge which was appreciated - but take your own cutlery etc.

Super 8 would not honor the online price in person. I had to sit in the parking lot and make an online reservation through Booking.com to save $20. This is ridiculous!

The front desk staff (Jonathan) was excellent. He was very pleasant & had recommendations for locations to eat dinner.

No breakfast! Booking.com & its own website say breakfast included but they said corporate decision & they hadn’t done it for 2 years. Being on the road, it was a main reason for booking. Not totally clean - no plugs in basin or bath meant bad smell of drains & taps dirty.

Comfortable, clean sheets, great air conditioning in June! Front desk clerk nice and accommodating. Fast response, when We locked ourselves out of bathroom. Will stay again in a few years.
