It was perfect for my husband and I plus our 3 month old. The unit is a bit small, but it would be perfect for a family with two children to stay. (One room had a double bed and the other had two twins)

The staff member I talked to, Tim, was amazing! If you want a get away where you will not be bothered by anyone, then this is the place! We were not bothered by anyone. We didn’t even talk to anyone during check in or out! This is the first place that I have ever stayed at that was actually relaxing.

The view is amazing. The beach is great. It’s not accessible at high tide, but it’s still great to stand at the fence and watch the waves break against the rocks.

I wouldn’t say there was a downfall… maybe that there is limited parking as there is only one spot per room but they were able to accommodate us with another because we went when it wasn’t busy yet 😊

There was no hair dryer, napkins, paper towels, or conditioner. But each unit is different, and this is not a 'hotel' exactly. None of things detered the trip. We just know to bring it next time.

I like practical spaces that work and the furniture was very kitschy but touching and showed thoughtfulness. The lighthouse table was unique.

Located next to the ocean was great! It had 2 bedrooms which is what we wanted and is hard to find. Had a kitchenette which we used.

Only small complaint is that there was nobody there at any stage. There was a note on the door with details of keys etc. It was the end of the season so it’s not a big deal to be fair!

The Garlands is a little bit of magic in the beautiful Cape. We LOVED it here! The apartments are really well equipped and have everything you could need. The sunrises and sunsets were out of this world! I will never forget them. We travelled with two teenagers and even they were impressed! Will 100% be back!

The beds were so uncomfortable. You could only sleep on your side any other position was too uncomfortable. You woke up achy and was the biggest reason I was ready to go home. Maybe try a foam topper.

Loved the location right on the water. Nice to have a little kitchen. Cute decor.

I wish the description better explained the unit. I would have brought food for breakfast by the sea.

It was a mini condo with living/dining room area, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. Our room overlooked the ocean. The sunrise was amazing. The price was great for an Autumn getaway.

In our particular unit, the mini-split A/C unit is in the main area so cool air does not flow into the bedrooms when their doors are closed. One bedroom had a ceiling fan to help keep cool overnight, but the other one did not. The addition of a ceiling fan in the second bedroom would be helpful for warmer sleepers / hot weather.

The overall condo was good for my daughter and me to share for a few nights. Was nice to be right on the water. Relatively close to multiple restaurant options.

Mattress on the full sized bed was saggy. A few labels in the kitchen would have helped us find the cook pots -- which were in the bedroom closet.
