No Elevators!!! Our building where we stayed did not have any elevators. This was a challenge because we had a 4-month-old and had to carry all our luggage up the stairs.

Location: The location was one of the best parts of this hotel. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance, and there are also plenty of options if you wish to drive.

Was disappointed in the lack of storage/towel and wash cloth racks. There was no place to put cosmetics and toiletries in the bath area.

You have to be careful when choosing a room. I chose a two-queen bed with balcony, but on arrival, it was just two queen beds, yet balcony is checked off in the description. LOOK at the description and be sure you have a balcony.

wish the pool was facing the beach but it was private did not get breakfast to expensive did not like the extra fee for "parking and resort fees" It was hard to find a parking spot (I think a lot of people going to the beach took the spots) but they did have a parking garage just had to walk a bit Beds were a little hard for my liking did not like the shower/rain head not much water pressure

My tip is to stay in the beach house/ocean front, the rooms are better and cleaner. I did not like the old-fashioned AC units in all the rooms. Restaurants are expensive. The hotel's food is also expensive and basic. The location is not convenient to anything but restaurants. Go to Walmart ( Uber or Lyft) and get plenty of water and supplies. Good for one experience, but I will not be back personally.

Every thing is expensive, definitely not a budget friendly hotel. Breakfast was $25 per person and it was not impressive at all.

Property was nice, having beach access was nice, and the pool area was very nice.

Noise from the hallway seemed to be right in your room - foot wash station wasn’t really working properly

Views were absolutely amazing - convenient to have multiple food options on site.

Resort was clean and fun. rooms were nice but my fridge was disconnect and so was my tv i called the front desk twice before anybody came up also called for towels and they weren’t always brought to us but staff is friendly. They have a couple bars and 3 different types of pools plus a dj at the warm pool.

Well, since the weather was cold, we still wanted to take a dip in the water. There was one hot tub there and this one family stayed in there ALL day long. I highly suggest they build 3 more to accommodate more people because that wasn’t a good experience for us.

The location, all the activities on site. Not sure if they had complimentary breakfast. I loved the pool view right outside my room door, you can jump in the water right outside of the patio and this was a plus. Convenient location to the beach.

The staff is super nice. I bought the breakfast directly with booking and when arrived they said that booking charge you only for the adults and no kids so we had to pay extra for the kids breakfast.

Our first night we were in a room that could be an Adjoining room, you could hear everything next door through the adjoining doors. We could hear full conversations next door, a baby crying through the night, we could even hear them shutting the toilet seat. We did not get much sleep the first night. The main door to the hallway had big gaps and I didn't feel like I had privacy. I asked to move rooms and they were very understanding and took care of the problem immediately. They moved us to a room that was not an adjoining room and the rest of our stay was much better. We enjoyed the balcony and my daughter really liked the pirate events by the pool making balloon animals. The location is great next to the pier and restaurants.

The parking situation was the reason its not 10 out of 10. There were people parked in the lot near the beach that were not guests of the hotel, which resulted in us having to park way in the garage the whole time. We were not the only ones complaining about this either. I would be ok paying a parking fee with a vlosed in parking lot to ensure guests have a chance to park close to their room.

There was only one heated pool, and it was still cold. The hotel room floors were very dirty like someone never mopped or anything.

They could include beach chairs and umbrella in the price of the stay. Charging $55 dollar daily doesn't sound reasonable.

The staff, the food, the facilities, the activities, the cleanness, the heated pool, everything was amazing!
