The room was very musty and small. Behind nightstand was very dusty. Also there is no sound proof barriers between room and street so some nights we were awaken by the construction.

The reception is always very busy to attend to any need. I had a package delivered and had to wait for a day because the staff in the parcel room was only available from 9 am to 5 pm. So, when I returned after a very busy work day, he had already left and other staff refused to help.

Excellent location for UN events. Everything is in walking distance. Loved having a Starbucks right inside the hotel.

The hotel had a strange vibe. The lobby is nice, but was often packed with large tour groups meeting up or flight attendants. A $35 daily credit for the bar/restaurant came with our room, but drinks at the bar were overpriced and then a surprise 18% service charge was added to our check.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping 5th Avenue, attending a Broadway show, and exploring Central Park. It was also a quick walk to a subway station. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the tub was clogged and it hindered me from showering. But I called the front desk and was met with assistance.

I enjoyed how clean the hotel was and the staff was professional. Upon arrival I received a drink at the bar on credit. I would return here for more vacations.

No mini fridge. No coffee facilities. Very small room. I requested a room with 2 single beds by email to the hotel 2 months before as travelled with my son. However they still only provided a king size bed to share even with so much notice.

Nicole!! There was a small glitch in finding my reservation a few hours before my arrival. It caused a small amount of panic, but Nicole went above and beyond to fix the situation. Her patience, grace and kindness truly helped wrap up a difficult year and provide hope in humanity for the future. So much gratitude.

The rooms could use an update . Shower / tub was old looking , tiles too . Bathroom faucet was loose . Bed linens weren’t very soft and had to call down for extra blanket as there wasn’t one on bed

Good hotel staff brilliant helpful very respectful Dennis so helpful and doorman always got a taxi for me. Hotel rooms a bit tired view great location great a bit pricey but I expect because of location.

Window was covered with film so we couldn't see outside and the room felt a little claustrophobic. I also got a rate online that included breakfast but at breakfast they insisted we were not on their list. Eventually a front desk person straightened it out, but it took a lot of waiting around.

The location was great and very central. The bed was comfortable, the decor was nice enough, and the included breakfast was great! And who doesn't love free bottled water and coffee at check-in? It wasn't amazing for the high price, but it was more or less the best value we could find in Manhattan on our travel dates.

The room is quite small for the price, you can get bigger places around. The amenities in the room, are zero, no coffee nor tea.

They have one Starbucks, and also a very nice Greek restaurant just around the corner. The location is god, and they can give you a later check out that is very convenient.

Overpriced breakfast. Stairs to get to eating area. Needing to make more than one trip to bring food to the table. When I went back to bring my coffee to my food, they had already taken my plate away and someone else was sitting at my table. I had to grab a pastry and eat on the bench with no table.

The location is great for being in mid town and getting to many attractions in the vicinity. The bed was comfortable and room had amenities such as coffee maker and safe.

The room was small and you could hear everything that is going on behind the door to the other room.

It's placed not far from the central station, at the hotel there is a bar and that's where you also can have breakfast. Nice to stay at for a couple of days.

The cost of drinks in the bar were hefty and the price I paid was more than that quoted on Booking.com, so one should be aware of this. It unfortunately soured the visit slightly.

The room was well appointed and the wifi strong. The bathroom was large and all the necessary contents of an upper market hotel room were available.

Its a very busy hotel, but very few receptionists so there can be some waiting times. Also, they charge for the luggage storage, which I think is outrageous considering paying over 300 USD for just one night

Sometimes the bathrooms were not available, and it was inconvenient to have to walk to find another one. There are no stairs to the rooms so I had to wait for the elevator to get to my second floor room.

The location was very good and easily accessible from the airport via bus. Room was comfortable and came with a robe and slippers you can wear to the bathroom. Bathrooms are shared and down the hall from room, but usually clean and available. Free bike rental was useful.
