Very noisy. Lots of noisy neighbors very late at night. No staff on site since it's self checkin proved problematic. However the phone and text support were quick.

The checkin procedure was horrendous. In the end I had to speak to someone to sort it out. We were not the only ones who had experienced this as we met 2 groups and both groups experience the exact same thing!

The proximity of the Rambler to everything in downtown was excellent and well within walking distance.

The third party verification, having no service made it impossible to verify. Having to email drivers license and credit card photo was not safe or secure and not cool after a long drive.

-We had some issues with the entry code which were linked with the info from the credit card. As all booking info was provided weeks in avance, this could have been handled beforehand. The issue was efficiently handled upon calling the helpline. - there is a nice kitchen in the apartment but only limited cooking material ( pots and pans)

The location and room were fabulous…easy access to everything we wanted to do. The area and facility felt very secure. There was only one night with a lot of noise when other guests had a loud party in the room above ours. There lots of great places to eat very close to The Rambler.

The hot tub heater was not working during our stay, which I was bummed about. I didn't like that I could hear our neighbors through the walls.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was located within walking distance to the Civil Rights museum, the Grizzlies stadium, Iron Tribe and many delicious restaraunts. My kids loved that they had a heated pool and could swim in March!

That we could hear everything from the people in the apartment next to ours. They weren’t loud or being very obnoxious. Just a little awkward knowing they could hear us too.

It is still an adjustment to have nobody at the property to help with little things that come up. An ice machine down by the vending and pool would be great to have. Most hotels have one.

Room had 2 double interconnecting doors, which meant we could hear a lot of noise from next door (particularly from the couple who spent several hours arguing). The location is a bit cut off from the centre, and the tram wasn't running.

Walls are very thin. Guests can be loud in hallways at night if they are roudy. No staffing was seen while we were there so definitely need to be cautious of your surroundings.

Getting access upon arrival was a real drag: the telephone option really did not work and the other options of contact made it a very unpleasant experience. Once you're in, you're in and the fun starts, but up to then - just terrible.

Great location. Very hygienic and spacious rooms. The outside pool and hot tub was great, even in the snow.

It was a lot larger than I expected. The living area has a lovely rustic feel to it. Location was good we could walk to Beale St and most of the local sights.
