We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To be fair, this was their last week open before rennovations. The facility is old, dated and needs repair. The plus is the bed was awesome! The place was very clean and the staff we was friendly and helpful. The price was very good.

Just really nice people especially Helen that runs the on site diner. She has to b from down south with that southern charm. So next time we head to the cape we will be staying there.

United StatesOur room was nothing like any of the pictured rooms... full sized beds far too small for 2 average sized adults. Also, the beds were not the same, one was soft and the other felt like a giant airbag. The keyed entry was very outdated and shoddy on building and pool entrance... more than one set of keys per room would be extremely helpful too. Checkout was communicated as 10am in email confirmation, but posted in room as 11am... could be quite problematic.
The facilities were clean and the staff very friendly. The indoor and outdoor pool furniture was quality and those areas well kept.

United StatesThey gave us a handicap room, very dangerous to climb into the elevated tub. The walls n bedding were old, tired looking, no artwork. Lacks taste of some of the nicer hotels. Nothing like the photos. Room n hallway had a wet carpet smell. Glad my stay was 1 day. No closet; rack and iron board hanging on the wall, tacky.
The king-sized bed was comfortable. Loved Helen's breakfast restaurant, food was like being in my own kitchen.

United StatesThe king suite was the largest as far as square footage was concerned. We find that most rooms on the Cape are too small for our liking, so we wanted to book the largest room available. However, there was a huge older jacuzzi tub in the main part of the room that took up all of the extra space. It was odd to sleep next to a tub. We won't choose that style room again based on that. It was clean, though.
The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, which is not easy to find in hotels on the Cape. The location was good. We always stay in that area, so we know it well.
