What’s to dislike about??

A super convenient location to the beach and all the bars and restaurants on the beach front. Found it late at night online , biked in and the price was outstanding my shower was hot and refreshing. It is a “backpacker style” small motel with modest accommodations with all the necessary elements , clean and safe. Coffee, refer, beach chairs quiet courtyard, reminded me of my travels as a youth in Australia . The staff was super accommodating when I needed a mid afternoon late checkout for a small emergency. I was traveling solo so a didn’t need to impress anyone . I would stay again in a heartbeat at a fraction of the “name brand “ local resorts.

The location and price was great, the beach was very close. The area was very quiet and clean. The is a local shuttle bus that is free. Management did allow us to check a little early after the room was cleaned. Thank you! We had a great time.

The location is really nice. 50 yards from the boardwalk. Great food, beach etc. Staff is responsive. The rooms have everything you need to live in even for extended time. Beach towels and chairs included.

The shower had a slow slow drip and the outside lights lite up the room at night.

I thought the location was excellent. It was only a block away from the beach and restaurants. It was an acquaint room. I would love to stay there again for longer than one night. The little kitchenette and living room/dining room was adequate. The bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay, better than any 3 star hotel here in Hollywood that I've had before. I'm talking about my condo number 3. New, very quiet air conditioning, water and coffee in the room. Everything was great Maria was so attentive and helpful. Quiet at night!

Would be a little small for me for an extended stay and I really like more of a view. There were windows, but just went to an alleyway.. some of the other units had use of the patio, which would be nicer.

Perfect location! Perfectly functional little studio. Full-size refrigerator, great mini split air conditioner. Was able to snag a parking spot. Easy check-in with code. Excellent value on Hollywood Beach.

The initial cleaning could be done better. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom and sand on the floor in the bedroom. Parking at the place is extremely limited so you need to look for a public parking elsewhere.

Excellent location by the beach. Small minimalistic unit but very well thought out so you find everything you need in there. Well equipped kitchen and a nice touch of an espresso machine with gourmet coffee.

This is NOT a non-smoking facility. And it gets into your room - yuck! Ashtrays all over the place. There were some French people there, and I dont think they ever stopped smoking - a lot of yelling and one couple had a huge fight right outside the door at 6:30 am. Obviously this has nothing to do with the property, but if you're at all sensitive to smoke, or you're looking for a quiet place where people aren't going to be talking right outside your room at all hours, I'd probably stay somewhere else.

The location is great, just a few steps to the beach, restaurants and shopping! The courtyard looked like it could have been nice, needs a little updating but we weren't able to sit there. Decent shower and enough towels. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff was very responsive to messages.

I had about one hour available to watch a specific sports event on a regular network TV channel, but the cable service did not provide access to the channel. The TV volume control did not work. Just stuck at one volume.

The space that we rented was clean and cared for. It was not a luxury hotel, but we were not looking for luxury nor the luxury price. We booked it for convenience and for a reasonable rate. It was more than sufficient for our needs and made our stay pleasant. I would stay there again.
