Roaches, seedy neighborhood … it was a literal and figurative “roach motel.”

The hotel was hard to find due to no signage to indicate the hotel, the pictures on the site to advertise the hotel were not at all the same as the hotel. The entrance way to pull into hotel was very rough. The complimentary breakfast was a case of guests putting hands in a container of cereal, and placing hands in a bread bag and no disrespect meant but I would not eat seeing various persons reaching into food products without having gloves on to protect others. My many thanks for your time in reading my opinion.

The cost was a fair and reasonable price, my many thanks for reasonable prices. Have a good and safe day.

There were many blacks speaking loudly outside our room. There were not hot water or coffee machines anywhere And very very old and scary elevator

Room was mostly clean till we went to the bathroom, hair on floor of shower, someones toothpaste and brush were still there. Water pressure was awful and the " breakfast" was a joke

The shower hose was broken, and the shower floor was filthy. It smelled like a skunk was taking showers in there. I had to get on the staff about fixing the shower hose and giving me new linen. I did not originally book this room because the beds are small, but they claimed the room I booked was dirty. So why put it on booking as if it's clean and available? I've been using booking for booking hotels since 2019 and never checked in to be told that the room is dirty. Interesting.

There was hot water. The bedroom floor looked new and clean. There was a refrigerator even though I felt hot air coming from it.

You get what you pay for ! reception is dingy, not very appealing, rooms were ok not to bad a size just very dated and tired, where you see is clean but everywhere else very grubby, shower took 20 minutes to heat up, once hot it was OK, I paid for the "breakfast" with my stay, when I went to reception to ask where to go for my breakfast, I was told it's grab n go in reception! It consisted of two pots of coffee a carton of milk, breakfast bars, possibly some small cakes, there was a sealed leaf of bread but no toaster, I didn't like next to the bed the big long list of charges should something go missing or get broken! The cleaning is not good, the towels offered were stained and looked old. The bathroom shower takes a long time to heat up.

The coffee machine was incomplete. So we couldn’t make coffee. Room service didn’t go at all to clean.. not enough towels. Outside the hotel it looks dirty. Looks like a motel.. not a hotel.

1st night room very cold. Heater did not work. Switch room in the morning and room has no remote for the television. Room attendant and receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. Told me to get the out all because I forgot what time was check out even though I was trying to stay an extra two days. Don't think I will recommend.

I only stayed for 1 night and it was okay for a cheap motel. Only place in the room that didn’t feel clean was the toilet/shower. But the room in general was very basic and seemed nice, though worn. Not actually a breakfast. Just a shelf or two with like peanut butter and a container of cereal that was almost empty by the time I checked out at 9 am. The front where the “construction” is and what is immediately around the hotel didn’t make me feel very safe about the area. A few blocks down I-Drive and everything got better.

Clean-ish room, Roku tv and free WiFi. Staff was very helpful.

Getting charged resort fees for a motel. The shower had no hot water. Night Time staff was rude,high, and did not want to work kept asking me to come back in the morning for everything.

We stayed in the same hotel last year and it was very good, that's why we chose it again this year. However, the quality of the room was not the same. As soon as we entered, there was a very strong humidity smell, like the room has not been ventilated for days. The shower floor was cracked and soaked, making the floor kinda squishy and not firm when using it. Some tiles of the room floor were a little swollen. The room itself was clean, sheets and towels perfect. But the humidity was very strong and everything seemed damped.

Location is great and the parking lot is big. There are different choices for a take-away snack breakfast. There's also a coffee maker in the room and 2 packages of coffee with creamer, sugar, etc.

Bathroom was in terrible conditions. People hanging around out at night. I don’t recommend bringing your family. Only good for solo travelers.

The people at the pool are loud all night long. Couldn't sleep without noise to drown it out. The TV power outlet does not work. I had no TV for 2 days. The bathroom wasn't completely clean. The AC almost stopped working. Had I not figured out how to fix it. The door doesn't fit the bathroom frame, so it doesn't close properly. People in the rooms somewhere close by were obviously smoking weed because I could smell it and I know what it smells like.
