No elevator so staying on the second floor needs some strong arms if you have suitcases with you.

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling light, which I told the night person about and she came and took a photo. SHe said she called the manager and would give a discount. Then later when the room above flushed the toilet I heard the water rushing and the leak was from along the line where the ceiling had been patched and that dripped down on the toilet - so I put a towel over me when I had to use the toilet. It did stop and in the morning no problem. We were offered a different room but we were leaving the next day and it wasnt worth the effort to move our stuff.

For a place that did remodeling supposedly recently, the rooms need a lot of work still. There are white spots on the walls in a couple of places, dirty baseboards, the door on the inside was extremely dirty. The mattress on the bed seems to be covered with plastic and every time you move in the bed, you can hear the plastic, very annoying. The faucet was leaking and very hard to shut off. The toilet was moving around and was actually not stable. The TV does not have a Guide so you have to fish around to see what channel is what (pretty much had to make my own Guide). Even though when you turn on the TV, it says there is a Guide but the remote does not show it and I called the office and they said they don't have a guide. When you are not familiar with the area, you do not know the channels so that was also frustrating. The wooden floors could have used a cleaning. I dropped an ice cube on the floor and took a towel to wipe up the water and the towel was filthy.

The staff was great, the location is awesome and being on the top floor was great.

The photos don't represent how the actual property and rooms look. The cleanliness could be better . Don't look like the room was cleaned fully mainly the bathroom I was disappointed with . It seemed like the main focus was on the bedding which seem to be fine but needs improvement with overall cleaning . The walls and doors look like in need of a coat of paint.

a decent pleasant place to stay for the price in a good location so it's accessible to attractions along Newport Blvd and not too far from pier.

In the booking it said that there was a continental breakfast available, but there was no breakfast available, only tea and coffee. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it and the jacuzzi was empty and there was a tape around it stating that it was not operational.

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, it was quiet. Pub up the road had good food, plenty of parking.

The room was smelling like somebody used to much lysol or some other cleaning products, it was pretty intense, there are so many odorless cheap cleaning products. Please consider to use them. Not everyone likes the smell of the chemicals.

Location was good, convinient to walk to restaurants, shopping. Pool was decent and the hot tub.
