Front gate security tried to take my cell phone with the email verification...I'm sure there wasn't malicious intent, but shoring up the verification procedure at the entrance would improve this otherwise PERFECT STAY.

The villa was huge with plenty of room for my family of 5. The unit could easily hold 8 or more. It even had a wonderful children's bedroom with a forest-themed bunkbed, slide, AND 2 video game systems. My kids are older, but were still impressed. I wish our stay had been longer. Also, there are great restaurants nearby. The place seemed BRAND NEW, so the villa smelled NEW and CLEAN. For us this was 5 Stars.

The bed on the first floor was a little low for my liking, but very comfortable. This is literally the only thing I could find that was enough to even make me mention it.

There was so much to do just on the property we really didn't have to go elsewhere for entertainment purposes. Everything was so clean and well appointed. The staff are fantastic with excellent communication.

The food available at the pool could offer more options and be more like a restaurant menu as there are no other food options at the resort.

The house we booked was new , spacious and very comfortable. The slides were very good and not too busy.

Washing machine didn't work but was repaired shortly after our call. Bathroom sink didn't drained but was repaired same day after our arrival. The kids were scared of the game room (robot one...Try to choose one if young child) but had plenty to do with pool and the other resorts amenities.

Unbeatable location for hosting a family. You're close to shopping, all of the parks, and food. The water park provided a place for kids to play while the adults relaxed in the house. This was really a top notch vacation stay.

It was awesome! The 4 bedroom villa was perfect for our family. There were a few things that needed attention upon arrival - loose video game controls and the back door stuck. Everything was addressed immediately upon my call to maintaince. We loved our stay and look forward to the next time we get to stay and the buildout finalizes. A few of the buildings are still under construction- but it didn’t negatively impact us. The layout, consider the Marriott Bonvoy apartments surround the main pool. The villas wrap around the Apartments behind the Marriott.

Villa was beautiful, more than enough room and was stocked with everything we need. Checking in was a little uncomfortable. It’s not till 4pm and we just got off a super long flight with 8 children and we were all very tired and sleepy. The lovely front desk lady suggested we sit and wait in the golf simulator room until our room was ready and that we were also welcome to enjoy the other amenities as we wait. We attempted to wait in the room till staff came and ask us why we were waiting in there and what were we waiting for. We told him our room he says we could wait in there but we couldn’t fall asleep. My mother had fell asleep cause she was extremely tired. I felt as it was very rude and inconsiderate, however; he did call and try to get the cleaners to hurry up so we can go to our villa cause he wasn’t comfortable with us waiting in the golf simulator room. We needed up going to the villa at 3:45pm .Although the villa was beautiful and great location, the experience at check in makes me not want to ever come back.

Staff at the restaurant/bar area could be a bit more friendly and it could be a bit more clear how and where/how to order. I’m sure this just comes from it being only a week since the grand opening.

Since they are new, It seems that they are still ironing out some issues. The check in process was a bit confusion and the key pad didn't work initially. The fuse for the fridge blew but this was quickly addressed.

Just a minor recommendation. It would be appreciative if the water pressure in the showers was stronger. Also the dryer does not dry very well it takes a long time to dry your clothes. Other than that not much to say on what I didn't like.

Me and my family loved the time at this resort. I definitely recommend I would stay again. Very cozy and clean and close to the parks. I like that they have free shuttle bus service as well to the theme parks. Overall it was a great time here.

Awesome!! The whole family loved this place! Super clean! Great location! Beautiful home decor. Clean and calm neighborhood. They provide you with a few essentials you need when you are at home. (Ex. Dish detergent, sponge, trash bags, high baby chair, broom, dust pan, toaster, blender, coffee machine) Check in and check out super easy. They do everything online. Even though I didn’t get to meet staff in person they did a very great job communicating through calls, text messages and emails
