Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesCouldn’t get the TV to work. Kept getting a “try again later “ message when trying to log in. Roof top restaurant was closed for a private party which was really the deciding factor in us staying there.

United StatesThe dinner at the restaurant was not good for the money. The salmon was very salty and they brought me the wrong dessert. My bill was $93 for a wedge salad, salmon, 2 glasses of wine and a dessert. VERY overpriced. The doors on the rooms were very thin. I could hear every conversation and baby crying in and down the hallway.
The BED was AMAZING!!!! I didn’t want to get out of it!

Great locale. Central to downtown Augusta and Historic Hill section . Beautiful quaint historic hotel - one of a kind in Augusta. Staff was extraordinary, very friendly, helpful and happy to see you!

United StatesReminds me of some of the old-school hotels in Boston. If you like shiny new construction, this isn't the place for you. Some elements definitely show their age. We paid for valet daily because self-park only cost a couple of dollars less per night and it made our life convenient, but it was pretty spendy with tips coming and going. There's really nothing to walk to, so you need to get your car whenever you want to go anywhere.
The Partridge Inn is a classic. Plenty of Southern hospitality and old school charm. Our room had a nice sitting area, which served our visit well. We didn't eat in the restaurant because we were in town for Thanksgiving and had plenty of great food with our family, but we did have drinks and snacks on the roof, which was delightful. They had a nice selection of whiskeys to choose from, heaters for the night chill, and live entertainment. Tip: there's a snack menu, but you can also order off the restaurant menu.

United StatesAir conditioning in the room would not take room temp below 77 degrees (comfortable sleeping temp for us is 72 degrees) and ran continuously, although it was not noisy. The beds are very stiff and I felt not the most comfortable for a Hilton Historic Curio Collection hotel. Maybe comforttop mattresses when they are replaced? $22 parking/shuttle fee per night. Refrigerator seemed like it didn't cool well either, but did stay cool enough to keep the drinks alright for the next days drive.
Beautiful, historic hotel on a hill overlooking the downtown area. Staff is excellent, friendly, and accommodating. Veranda and rooftop, although too hot to use this time of year, promise good times during cooler weather. The room we stayed in was very large for a hotel room. Shuttle to take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel.

United StatesThe bathrooms are small and not well finished - quick paint job, shower curtain - not in keeping with the setting or rates. Parking is an additional $22 per day, self-park or valet. The upstairs cafe is also a little rough. Staff wearing random t-shirts so it felt more like a roadside diner, but with $$$ prices.
Beautiful property, friendly staff.

United StatesRoom was spacious and well appointed. No night light in the bathroom. Air conditioning was undoubtedly the loudest I have experienced since staying in a cheap hotel at a Notre Dame home game. I was finally able to raise the temperature high enough so it wouldn’t come on while I slept. Parking on site was an additional $22 per day and the “ owner responsible for all vehicles “ told me they didn’t monitor the parking garage. When booking the room I received notice that the restaurant was undergoing repairs and there was no breakfast AND a mask policy was in effect. I called the hotel after Booking.com wouldn’t answer my inquiries and was told that the renovations were a year ago and the mask policy wasn’t in effect. Shame on Booking.com
Sunday breakfast was a joke. I was greeted with “ Hi, we only have a buffet and it’s $24.95”. No labels on hot plated dishes, no one attending the omelet bar, I had to hunt someone down. Had to ask twice before getting coffee which I was offered when seated, never offered a refill.

The property was on the upscale but comfortable side. It had good fitness center and a beautiful pool when it was open.

United KingdomThe only downside, and it’s a small thing, my door to my room had a rather large gap at the bottom which come the evenings and mornings made it quite loud
The property is located in great part of town to get from place to place. All the bell hops and shuttle drivers (me James, mr Charles, Mr Norman, mr clay) were all great in giving their advice on places to visit as well as giving a great service. The bar/restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Tomika, Mark, Brandon, Rebecca and all those i met during the stay made it just that little bit more homely. Great place for business travellers.
