The room was very noisy early in the morning so no sleeping in. At the price of the room, middle of dead season, I thought it was overpriced. And on top of it having to pay for parking. Really?

We didnt eat breakfast. Loved the historic old building, windows and decor.

It needs a lot or work. Rooms have peeling paint, stains on clinging, our shower handle fell off & I could barely turn off the water.

I knew we were staying in the historic side of the hotel, however we didn’t expect the furnishings to be worn out and outdated especially the bathrooms and lighting.

Our room was very out dated and in need of renovation. The air conditioning unit was very loud. The patio door didn’t lock.

Room whirlpool tub could use some TLC, bed was ok, junky storage view off our water street balcony, cheaped out on the shower decor, bathroom fan loud (get a switch to separate light from fan, toilet ran off and on while sleeping

Great location, nice rooftop bar, appealing exterior and lobby, room furniture dated but fit the atmosphere, HOT water, shower soap dispensers, good AC, nice balcony, good WIFI, quiet for sleeping

Paying extra to park is a sneaky and ridiculous way to squeeze additional money from a guest. I won’t return as a result. I realize it’s only $19, but the principle of paying $300/night for a room and being charged extra for parking is untenable.

The room was spacious but damp and smelled musty . Dust on the night stand and bed frame. Cookie crumbs and lots of dust under the bed. The room could have a small fridge for ‘doggy bags’ and to store cold drinks. The windows were very dirty and hard to see though. The chairs are uncomfortable and the sofa was impossible to sit on.

Paying extra for parking. Never saw that requirement or option while booking so was disappointed with that. The tv remote was quite sticky and nasty.

Ordered one suite, got another one that lacked a few things we wanted. All good. All minor.

Love this place we come from Minnie several times a year. Staff are superb, always. Prices are good.

Hot tub didn’t work. Lamp was wobbly and kept flickering. Carpet felt grimy. Little things like trim paint touch ups would help make it feel more cared for. Having to move rooms after unpacked and coming in late to relax in the room only to discover the hot tub didn’t work was unfortunate. Would have been nice to have been compensated in some way for inconvenience or moving rooms in late evening.

Location. Lobby is beautiful…but one doesn’t generally hang out by the front desk.

I thought it was overpriced but was for a special occasion so paid it for that reason. Bed frame was too big for the mattress - could of easily had a king bed in that size of a room. Towel bars kept falling off when pulling the towels off the bar. Needed more sitting space in the main area and more shelf space in the bathroom. Also really missed having at least a microwave which again was plenty of space to provide a microwave and even a mini fridge.

Room was a good size compared to most hotel rooms. Loved having a fire place and jacuzzi

It’s so overpriced for what it is.. the beds in the old part of the hotel really need to be updated. I also think it’s ridiculous that with how much a room is per night, parking isn’t even included.

Our room door battery died. There was soap on the glass in the shower. Room door was open when we arrived at the room.

Both times I stayed there, the description said balcony, and both times the room did not have a balcony. Other than that, the people were nice, location was nice, and the room was nice.

Based on where our room was, we had loud music coming from the restaurant/bar area late into the evening 2 nights in a row. Music was louder on Friday vs Saturday but it was past midnight when the party was still going disturbing our sleep. I think you need to better soundproof the rooms if you are going to allow for the public to enjoy the establishment late into the evening.

Couldn’t beat the location and the view! Also really enjoyed the rooftop bar
