The furniture at the pool could use an upgrade.

We started off in a smaller room. The TV in the room didn't work and they were not able to repair it. They moved us to another room which was larger and much nicer. The staff was excellent!!!! Friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Not fancy but the location was great. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach. I would defiantly stay there again. The staff made the stay.

the shower drain and sink drained extremely slow. I took quick showers and wore shower shoes. but for $150 per night I expected water to go down.

Room lacked any personality or warmth... stark white and cold. Parking was a little sticky... there was not to much parking at the hotel but there were other spot at other affiliated hotels close by,

The location for the price was magnificent. It was 3 blocks from the beach so that was good enough for me. Very quaint and cute.

Overall, it was a positive experience booking with this location. Indeed this location is a central area to all you may need to make your vacation or get aways a lot more convenient. Shout out to Danny from the front desk - because of his great attention to myself and my guest, he is the reason why I am returning to this location in the near future. I enjoyed meeting him and speaking with him as well. Thank you, Danny for a great experience and for the gift! My guest and I were very grateful for what you did for us, especially for our first time staying there Now to the what could be better:*** 1. A lot of the neighbors near by or next door keep slamming their doors and banging on the walls - making it difficult to get some sleep at times during the night. 2. The mattress was very uncomfortable for my guest and I due to feeling the box springs underneath the mattress and would have appreciated something a bit more fluffier where we wouldn't feel the springs pinching our backs as we lay down for bed. ------------------------------------- Aside from that, that is the only negative experience that my guest and I have endured throughout our stay, although would be staying again - hopefully that they enforce the noise level and having a better quality mattress where the springs aren't pinching you in the back. Had to wait a hour to check in . The smell of bleach was so strong . The stairs going up to the room at the bottom was so huge I tripped and fell to the ground . Hands knees and wrist were hurting for about two weeks.

Tried to watch a football game prior to going out to dinner but they offered ROKU only which provides very few channels that are free. Had to already have a subscription to an app to watch practically anything. Disappointing. Room next to us was noisy earlier in evening and we experienced what we think was extremely large banging on the same room door loud enough to wake us both up and alarm us. Deadbolt did not work on our door and it was difficult to lose. There were other locks to secure room from inside. Pictures make room look much larger than it is but wasn’t a big deal. Pool area not in great shape but we didn’t use it.

The value for the property was good. Room was very clean. Location was very good. Coffee supplied was very good. Staff at check in was very good.

Need some rugs or something , I felt the need to keep a towel on the floor next to the bed or wear my sandals inside because so much floor yuck your feet pick up from the floors before getting into bed . Also my fiance told me he saw a roach (just one , I get it , bugs are nature) but he didn’t want to tell me until after we checked out as I would have sat up all night thinking about it.

Staff was very friendly , and the sincere friendly not the forced ! Location was good , good value for the price I paid !
