Negative: - The Motel located on a main road - there are NO beaches in the surrounding areas, you need to drive/take the bus to Miami Beach! The streetnoise is really loud and the area is not the best/safest. - I had at least 30 Mosquitos in my room and even if I was batteling them tiredlessly, there were always new ones. I didn't ask for help from the stuff, they might would have helped/could have done something. - The walls are paperthin - so you hear everything - people slamming doors, watching TV or having sex.

Positive: - It is cosy and the rooms are for 2 people completely okay. - You have some food (Taco Bell, McDonald's) and shopping-posibilities a couple meters away. - It is clean, neat, the price is okay.

None of the staff spoke any English so we had a hard time getting all the answers we needed. Even though they were a bit mellow (maybe because the language barrier) they were helpful as could be.

The property was better than outside would think but had higher hopes based on the pictures provided. But the rooms were big and clean. And the beds were very comfortable and that’s a lot.

Bedsheets have been obviously washed but had stains on them which is not so nice even though it seemed fresh. Daily cleaning was not always complete. (One time bed was made, the other time not) bathroom was overall clean.

Very spacious room, fridge in the room, huge bed, toiletries, daily cleaning service. Location is just perfect- about 45 minutes walk to Bayside (don't miss Maurice Ferre Park on the way) but buses to Downtown Miami also available just beside the hotel, the shopping mall about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and bus stop for the bus to Miami International Airport is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The Wi-Fi is rough- watching a television on streaming was not an option. Also no ice maker in the hotel was odd.

Neighbourhood was a little on the marginal side with homeless folks camping in bus shelter. Also received two emails from accomodations saying free coffee in the lobby. There was no free coffee in the lobby

No full length mirror, except the one in the wardrobe door - a little unhelpful. It was always a different member of staff behind the front desk - generally always helpful, but not great for continuity. Booking.com site needs updating - wrong information given about parking and I also got a message to say there was complimentary coffee, which is not the case. Very thin walls - we could hear direct conversations throughout the night on both sides.

Really useful location for lots of popular destinations in Miami. Lots of food nearby and an easy bus journey to Miami Beach. Lots of parking available - more behind the hotel too. Parking is also free, which is not what it says on Booking.com. Excellent aircon. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

Some of rooms which do not have windows in the bathroom can get a bit damp.

Great location, the staff are all lovely and they keep the place super clean. The property is very basic but great value when all one wants is a clean place to rest, close to all shops.

No breakfast and free coffee available in the lobby, but you can find fast food restaurants next to the hotel. Noisy street. Musty smell in the room due to high humidity (but the was clean!).
