United StatesNo soap or anything provided, first room had no pillows so forced to change rooms, toilet was broken in second room and they had no maintenance on staff to fix it. Walls must be very thin, could hear doors slamming all night and people running on floor above. Claim to have a no refund policy even for their own mistakes.

United StatesThe whole room need a new update, everything was used up!!! Bathroom water was dripping, I have kill 2 roaches, the AC is old; doesn’t cold the room & the floor isn’t clean because my & my family feets was dirty end of the day .
The only thing I said the location isn’t bad, the staffs nice except for one lady, she was rude on the phone, & she was kinda rude when I come down to get new towels that’s you have to paid $2 a day for…….

United StatesNo TV The table in this room was broken and when you placed weight on it, you thought it was going to fall off. The entire Housekeeping cart was inside the room when I opened the door - at first it was a little frightening upon seeing.
The price was good and made an adjustment to my stay of $10 due to NO TV. The gentleman that checked me in was super friendly and informative. Very apologetic about the Housekeeping cart being in the room and shortly he came to remove it.

The attendant that showed up acted like I was disturbing his peace. He wasn't friendly at all. The toilet was stopped up and I had to be moved to another room because they don't have plungers.

United StatesGreat experience!!!! All hotels should give an extra amount of towels beforehand and have at leastat least 2 waters in the room even if they are used, add to bill. If not, leave for next gyestm Let be the wifi password is on the key card enclosure. Excellent temperature adjustment, quite, bed is amazing. And quiet. Will stay here again and other locations from now on.

United StatesDecided not to stay. Place was not safe nor confortable. Bathroom was clogged and there is not a single utensil to cook. Place smell was not good. Even though I decided not to stay they charged full and refused to refund the money. Now I have to battle as it’s been 10 days and have not received the partial refund as they said they will charge almost two full nights in between charges and fees. Staff was not attentive nor understanding and simple didn’t care.

United Statesthe worst experience at this place. we came out to Texas last minute to clean out sister's house, who passed and needed a comfy place to rest our heads after a 14-hour day of work each day from Thursday to Sunday. the beds were atrocious. My child even mentioned it before me, which is pretty bad. I've never been to jail, but they are most likely worse than jail cell beds.

United StatesThe staff was so helpful pleasant and Veronica especially she treats everyone with such a way that makes you feel as if your talking to a friend but just gives you the first impression to assure you your stay will be pleasant. That is extremely hard to come by these days and really hard to have people still in customer relations or service that treats people with respect nd follows their company rules. The hotel was quiet and I loved it and it always smelled clean also hard to find these days in extended hotels and I have stayed here last year and oh what a change in every way and that’s a 100 percent positive lol the way thanks Veronica for being such a genuine delightful all round person and you are appreciated greatly . This place looks like you’re checking into a prison when you walk in the door. The beds are like cots the refrigerators are rusted and look horrible. This room gives you no “cozy” feeling when you walk into it.
