overall needed work every outlet in room worn or not working, shower sprays out the side to bath floor, non working lamp , very dirty range hood, phone in room but not hooked up and nowhere to plug in,,,

Rooms are old and dated. Bed was not very comfortable. Amenities are very minimal. No iron and towels very basic.

The elevator makes more noise than should come from an elevator. The room smelled pretty rough. A very dated kitchenette (though the fridge and freezer was cold). It was a very uncomfortable room. Two stiff chairs. Crinkly stiff sheets, with a wafer thin comforter that reminded us of a shower curtain. We kept our shoes on when moving about the room. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Left over soap from the previous guest still unwrapped, used and laying in the shower. My family unloaded our stuff and wanted to leave as quick as possible, desiring to spend as little time in that room as possible during our stay that night.

This was the cheapest room I could find on short notice. The hotel is close to the Interstate and the University of Florida. The staff that checked us in was able to easily complete that task and direct us to our room. A/C worked and was cold. Fridge and Freezer were also cold.

The lighting in the room wasn't so good the bed was hard. And the thermostat didn't work in my room and the heater didn't work And when I asked about speaking to the manager it was a problem and I never received a phone call from them to see if they can accommodate me because the heater or thermostat didn't work.

The girl at the desk was friendly, but I reserved a disabled room and was put on the 3rd floor. She said it was the last room, but she was giving another person room options when I came down to go to the store. The fan in the bathroom took a full 30 minutes to go off after the switch was turned off. No ice machine. The people in the next room were LOUD ALL NIGHT, LONG! Only one towel, there were 2 walk cloths, but one was dirty, and there was no floor mat for getting out of the shower.

The full-size fridge was good, but I had to go buy ice from the gas station. The bed was comfortable.

There was no breakfast. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly. Did not feel safe with people hanging around at front desk and outside.

the price was extremely high for what we were expecting. over $300 per night. we were not looking for or expecting anything fancy, yet we paid a lot. beds were uncomfortable. Generally id be okay with average comfort but wouldnt pay $300 for this.

I payed all that cash and drove all that distance for a dirty ass room and a TV that most time the remotes they keep hardly works for the TV. Not only that, there's not iron or iron board inside the room. The bathroom is a mess. Smh

The room was disgusting! Had nasty hair all over the wall, the remote for the TV doesn't work. It's not the proper remote for the TV. I asked for a none smoke room and they put me in one. The restroom door wasn't there, someone took it off the hinges. The toilet looked dirty and they had the wrong tank cover on there. I could go on.

The room have a funny smell the electric sockets didn’t have no cover over them. My refrigerator had mold in it in the bathroom, had built up around the tub.

The room was definitely old and need to be redone. It hard a very foul musky smell. The bathroom was very dingy. It was missing the drain in the sink. The bed was very uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows extremely uncomfortable
