It was the perfect stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary! The view from our room was amazing, and the location was in the center of everything! It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff that went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special. We will definitely be back again!

The lobby was extremely full with conference attendees. It was loud with lots of drinking and intoxicated people. It was impossible for other guests that were not a part of the conference to enjoy the lobby area. Also, one of the days a huge portion of the pool area was blocked off for most of the day and evening for a conference event. It was very discouraging and frustrating for us and really diminished our stay. I voiced my displeasure and was told that there is no way of me knowing for future bookings that the resort will be hosting conferences. It was not an optimal family experience at the resort.

Beachfront, quality hotel….you get what you pay for! Bedding and toiletries top quality, amazing views ,prompt excellent service. What’s not to love. Our go to hotel when visiting Clearwater. We’ll definitely be back again

The wooden bed frame corners stuck out farther than the mattresses. We banged our shins on them, bruising and cutting our legs. Need to be covered upholstered.

Nothing really. The fact that 20% tip was automatically charged to everything was a bit surprising first but i guess it is common in the US.

Really nice hotel. Everything was super clear, it was right on the beach, it was was easy to get in and out. We has a big room with a beautiful view to the see and beach. We have liked the restaurants on site, the pool area as well.

The beach things like umbrella and chairs were hard to get. The young guys weren’t helpful and even a bit rude. I was very nice to them anyway since I worked in hotels for 30 years and I wasn’t going to be one of those guest that complain.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach was everything and more we hoped it would be. Location across the street from the stunning sugar sand beach. Great pool area, open to 3am which the kids loved! The room, food, service, staff etc were all of the very highest standard, absolutely faultless, they simply couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend to anyone staying at Clearwater Beach.

I really didn’t like the bed frames. They were bigger than the actual mattress and we constantly hit our legs. That is my only complaint

When we checked in, we could not use our balcony. I spoke with Tammy and she helped us and gave us a room with a balcony we could use. Tammy was fantastic!! Our new room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Engineering came up and fixed it immediately.

$35 per 3 days facilities fee doesn’t sit well considering we only effectively had two days to enjoy the beach and the beach was so crowded that we opted for the pool anyway. Why is it that we can be out all day and when it’s time to come in to get ready for our evening dinner the room still isn’t serviced?

I would highly recommend this resort. It was beautiful, location was excellent, had everything you needed. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice...if you didn't want to leave you didn't have to. Restaurants and shopping were so close. The 2 beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing. I have nothing negative to say.
