Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaOn our second day at the hotel we went for breakfast in the morning then we headed out and came back around 15:30 pm and still our room was not cleaned. The next morning we went down for breakfast and we didn’t know that they only do vegetable dishes omelettes only in that station so we ask the Indian young male chef to add bacon and he said he needs to do the omelette in the other station where it will take 15 minutes , very dismissive and when I left the station I heard him telling him colleagues that he can’t just leave and make that omelette then they laughed the chefs name starts with J. The waiters takes long to clear the tables even in the evening where there are not a lot of people
The location is good and the amenities are nice.
