Great location close to theatre and shopping. The staff were very attentive particularly when returning loaded down with shopping bags. To have someone anticipate your entry and have the door open ahead of you was magic. Check in and out was very efficient and staff couldn’t have been more friendly. A very comfortable and relaxing stay which we will be enjoying again.

Unbelievable location - As a born and bred local getting away for a weekend I am left thinking that there is simply no better placed hotel in the city. For any tourists unsure about this. I unequivocally guarantee you will not find a more convenient location in Melbourne. The rooms are big and would be amazing for a small family to comfortably lodge. The kitchenettes are actually massive and are as big as what you would see in a small residential apartment. The appliances work well and the building is clean across the board. The service during breakfast was great.
