A very well breakfast set up in the restaurant. Exceptionally nice to see a proper menu on the table to peruse. I had eggs perfectly cooked. Bathroom was amazing with a great walk in power shower.

All the staff without exception provided a very professional service. They were polite courteous friendly helpful and made our stay at the hotel an immensely enjoyable experience. The choice of food and the food itself was excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean and there was a beautiful smell in the hotel. The hotel is also very well maintained. We highly recommend a stay here. We wish to thank everyone at the hotel for everything they did and to keep up the excellent work.

The room we were in was a little small, that is why I only gave an overall rating as a 9. The breakfast was great and the location suited us for the night in St Albans

The Red Lion is a charming pub and hotel with easy access to the M25, M1, A1, and train services to central London. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is a 15-minute drive away.
