Located in Jersey City's Exchange Place district, Hyatt House Jersey City is 591 feet from the PATH train station and 1312 feet from the NY Waterway ferry, providing easy access to New York City.

Great location, staff were great, breakfast included was excellent, easy access to PATH and the ferry to NYC. Nice proximity to Jersey City restaurants. Two coffee shops next to the property. The only issue and it’s a major one is a night club located in the building next door that played incredibly loud music until 2:00 on the weekends. Hard to sleep with a loud rhythmic base reverberating in your room. Very frustrating.

I stayed in the King Room with the corner view. Amazing bathroom with huge bathtub, lovely views, big bed felt very very clean. Staff was quick and professional. Place was very quiet, Location was near this cute mall. Felt very much as home. Felt very fancy.

Located 984 feet from Times Square in New York, LUMA Hotel - Times Square features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

I was so impressed with the hotel service! All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from the men at the door greeting us with a smile, to our server in the restaurant, to the front desk staff! The rooms were super clean and house keeping did a nice job on turn down service for the sofa bed. The location was outstanding and the rooms quiet with little to no street noise. I appreciated the sound machine and the make up mirror! Also loved the automated blinds. We would definitely come back!!

We had a family room for 5. It was a lovely stay. The pool was a lovely added touch and my son appreciated the gym. It's right next to the PATH system which is great. Not many eateries around etc but we managed

The hotel is ideally located, one minute walk away from the PATH train (which takes you to Manhattan in about 15-20 minutes). It is so clean, and the vibes are great. All the staff members we talked to were lovely and very accomodating. There are so many cafés, bakeries, restaurants around. You cannot get bored. We definitely recommend this hotel, and we will definitely come back!

We were very pleased with our stay, right from the lovely welcome we got at the reception desk. The check in and check out process was smooth, staff very friendly and supportive. The rooms were good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. All in all, we enjoyed our time.

The family room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Friendly staff. The location was excellent. We arrived by car and were able to easily park it across from the hotel for USD 27 per night using an arrangement with the hotel. Travelling to Manhattan was also very easy, the PATH train stop is right across from the hotel and takes around 10 mins / 1 stop to the WTC in Manhattan. Gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline from the rooftop bar / breakfast room. Rooftop Bar has lovely outdoor seating area - nice atmosphere.

Room was really spacious & modern. The hotel has just been refurbished, everything is clean and new. Was nice and welcoming on arrival. The personal extras the hotel staff put on for us for our celebrations while away was really lovely and unexpected.

Clean room and bathroom, welcoming reception staff, very diligent cleaning staff. We liked the pool and the jacuzzi. Proximity to the PATH station was a great time saver. We were flying out of Newark and proximity to the airport as well to the NYC was the decisive factor for us to choose this hotel. The spacious well furnished lobby offered a great space to make short calls, just relax or wait for family members enjoying the swimming pool.
