Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from Pikes Place. Restaurants right out the door, and one in the lobby. The room was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly.

It’s a beautifully built older hotel that is just gorgeous… Sort of vintage

A very pleasant stay
The staffs were very pleasant. Arrived late, checked in smoothly. Front desk staff Benjamin was great. He gave us a free upgrade to a room with jacuzzi.
A bit of a treat on the last night of a long holiday, the room was beautiful and the city view was amazing (as a European with nothing similar back home).
The double set up bathroom was great and very well appointed. Beds were lovely (family room) and the large room had a couple of proper comfy seats and a table to have a lovely relaxing chat and drink.
Local area is the business district and grand to walk around at night but not much going on.
Location is great, close to Pike Street Markets and Post Alley. On site restaurant and bar a nice way to relax and enjoy a drink at the end of the day.
A huge shout out to Heidi in Oliver’s Lounge who made our stay very enjoyable. A lovely boutique hotel with fabulous staff.
The location was excellent, very easy to get to from the light rail. The staff were lovely and the view was amazing too. The room itself was very clean and tidy. We didn't make use of the social areas but they looked very cosy and relaxing.
We appreciate the hotel giving us a complimentary box of chocolate and a cute small bottle of wine for us to enjoy our anniversary stay, and for extending our check-out till 1pm.
