Taj Cape Town truly has international standards. We’ve stayed in many of Cape Town’s “top” hotels, but Taj stands out above the rest in both elegance and guest services. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing, so warm and helpful. Most comfortable large bed, amazing sleep. Lovely decorated rooms and lounge areas. Breakfast was cooked everyday for us and our family couldn't have asked for more in terms of options. The chillout area is open plan and relaxing, the internet was fast with the luxury of a plunge pool in the back, also parking out front. Hiring of the bicycles to cycle around Sea point and the Waterfront.

This small 7 bedroom boutique hotel has a feeling of calm and family home, but with luxury and consideration. The rooms are beautifully fitted and the staff are exceptional friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast included and areas to relax. The pool area is cleverly designed and I had a great massage booked in my room. Wonderful stay with my sister.

The location is great, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are dated and the bathrooms need an upgrade. The aircons are very noisy. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived but we were able to air it out. There’s no place to sit and relax outside which was a pity because the weather was lovely. It’s a good hotel to stay at if you’re on a business trip but not for a holiday.

We only stayed at the property for 2 nights but it was perfect. The staff went above and beyond and were all so incredibly friendly. We had a lovely bottle of wine and dessert wishing us a happy honeymoon which was a lovely touch. We stayed during winter and the weather wasn’t great, but I can imagine during summer this place would be absolutely stunning! The location was fabulous, so central and right on the beach, so many delicious restaurants and bars right outside the property gates, would definitely recommend!
