The kitchen only lacks a microwave oven and an espresso coffee machine. It is bad that there is no expresso machine at least a general vending machine in the hotel.

The property is run by a lovely, welcoming family, the rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, the gardens are lovely and the views from the property are beautiful. It is a set in a really peaceful location. An excellent stay, I stayed for three weeks and hoped to be able to return later in the summer however unfortunately the property was fully booked on the dates I was hoping to stay.

It offers traditionally furnished accommodation with private balconies overlooking the picturesque town or the garden. Optimal positioning, with quick access to the bus, center and port. The host was superlative, gave us help and information. It's definitely a good value!

Centrally located, Hotel Kastro is 250 metres from Skiathos Port and a few steps away from taverns and mini markets. It is surrounded by a garden and offers air-conditioned rooms. Megali Ammos Beach is around a 15-minute walk. The breakfast was simple but free. It is self serve and then you eat in a delightful space outside surrounded by greenery. The location is excellent - close to everything yet quiet. Lia is an excellent hostess and source of information. She is kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly staff, everything very clean, clean towels daily, wide selection of dishes in the breakfast buffet (even gluten free). Nice seeview, quite big pool.
