The hotel was awarded 2012 Trip advisor certificate of excellence. This was, simply, the best travel experience I have had at a hotel. It exceeded other 5 star properties I’ve visited at every turn. The staff were incredibly efficient, friendly, and relaxed. Especially nice touches: front desk staff accompany you to your room at check-in and complete documents there, for comfort, and give an overview of your room. The room was luxurious without being cavernous, amenities generous, excellent minibar options, and very comfortable robes. The 1911 restaurant was a welcome respite and served wonderful Continental and Indian dishes. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully orchestrated. The hotel bookstore was a precious and well-curated little gem. The concierge was unfailingly helpful and the spa was like a dream to escape the New Delhi smog. The hotel’s art collection was of real interest and the overall vibe was delightful.

The elegantly decorated, air-conditioned rooms feature a high-definition flat-screen TV with a DVD player, floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden furnishings and a wide array of world-class services and luxurious offerings. We spent only a short stay at the hotel but it is an amazing one and we would love to come there again. The room was perfect, the staff was very professional and satisfied all our requests in no time. The food at the main restaurant was really tasty and you have many options from the buffet. We also used the complimentary service of the hotel that gives you a free ride from the hotel to the aiport. Our driver was excellent. Overall we highly recommend this hotel!

Superb property with beautiful greenery and water body when you enter. Feels serene and peaceful though its on a main road. Rooms have a nice garden view, and are well appointed. Bed and pillows shine. Staff is excellent, from Suman at front desk to Kuldeep who helped with luggage to the In room dining wait staff. Food is pretty good, and particularly the Indian food in In room dining was stellar. Hot water in shower was exactly the right temperature. Minibar actually had good items in it.

A big variety of choice for breakfast, cosy, not too big restaurants, complete silence in the rooms, very comfy beds, overall very impressive heritage property and treatment like a VIP person. We were complimentary updated to a suite, every evening we got a warm welcome letter from our houskeepers and a gift. I have never had such experience in any other hotel.

He even went above and beyond to help me book my trip to Agra, setup my accommodation in Jaipur, and some taxi transports that were needed at “ugly” timings. The staff are super friendly and will always welcome you with a smile and a tea offering! I’ve honestly enjoyed my stay tremendously and would highly recommend it to any adventurous traveler! The bed and breakfast also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. It is located in a safe and nice area. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are very nice and always willing to help. The breakfast is delicious.

It is 4.5 km from the Delhi International Airport. The staff was really superb. Everyone must try the Spa services (Aheli) and restaurant Kheer. Front desk staff (Ankita) helped us throughout our stay. Bar Jockey Sakshi and Simran have shown the skills of mocktails. Saurabh (Kheer restaurant), he helped us to understand the menu and we tried delicious food.
