This is an old property with lots of character. It has been well refurbished. It’s located in a lovely village in quiet surroundings. It’s very comfortable and ideal for a short stay. The kitchen area is well kitted out. The owner was very helpful in arranging our arrival. We will return for a longer break.

the place was excellent can not asy anything else and the lady that run the place couldn't do enough for us when we couldn't find the place she came out over the way to help us and guide us to the place it's not the easiest place to find but with her help we did she was very kind nothing was to mush.

    We liked been in the centre. We felt safe being in this flat. Only 1 flat above us. The flat had everything neaded. The owner was brilliant, plenty of communication. A lovely comfy bed too. We were self catering but we had lots of lovely cafes near us open for breakfast. Near a bus stop. The river was close by, it was a lovely scenic walk down to the river, it was well worth it, beautiful river walk. Got very good memories.

    Lovely setting by river. Really beautiful house, very comfortable, lovely views from all the rooms and great location. Amazing gym but we didn’t use it! Some little points: 1. well- equipped kitchen for selfcatering reasonable needs(but would be nice to have a little bit more eating cutlery) 2. the hot water supply to the standalone bathroom (the one with the bath) could be improved

    Liked the skylights but couldnt find the pole to open them... luckily my friend was tall enough to reach up with the aid of a kitchen stool... heh location is perfect for the town centre and there was loads of parking available nearby

    The staff went out of their way to make us dinner although we arrived just before the kitchen was about to close. They also helped with early breakfast as we needed to leave before 8am. Best hospitality we've had in very long time. Really nice relaxed vibe and comfortable room.

    Central location. Great for food and drink, supermarkets nearby. Clean and welcoming. Easy to find, free car parking on road. Church was nice, overlooking graveyard which gave good atmosphere. No foot traffic past the windows in 3 days we were here. Kitchen was well stocked with facilities and utensils if self catering. Bed very comfy, slept well each night
