The staff were very helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Because we arrived early they welcomed us and checked us in early. They had everything ready as we ordered it. The room was very clean and tidy. The room is very spacious and the paths were clean and comfortable. The room had a nice balcony. Honestly, this is a very good place to stay at specially at these rates.

Everything was worthy, the room spacious and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and gave us a perfect feedback to all our questions. Great idea to offer the lunch boxes, we was in a hurry every morning participating at EDS 2025 with our englishcocker spaniel girl. We strongly recommend it!👍

    The outside of this hotel doesn't do a justice. Everything is very nice and comfortable, from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, so many options and great taste. We also tried the spa area, pool wasn't very exciting, but the sauna area was really good for a relaxation, but I wouldn't choose it if we didn't stay in the hotel. I loved that even though the room wasn't too big, it had everything we needed.

    Comfortable, nice, and clean room, comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast, with a lot of options. Good food and beer in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner (quite heavy though). Friendly and helpful staff! Snacks in the wellness area were a nice surprise (e.g. fruit). Lovely spa, textile-free. No plunge pool after the sauna, but a well-designed shower area, including bucket shower. Nice steam room.

    Nice hotel, near the center of Brno. Wonderful rooms-almost new, very spacious, comfortable and clean, specialy the bed was excellent . Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Wellnes (sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi) is great for relaxing but it is paid separately. The employees are very friendly.

    Great hotel. Very nice staff. we liked spa, almost no people, 2 good saunas, perfect water temperature in jacuzzi, comfy relax zone. Comfortable rooms - place for cooking we did not use, because we were just 1 day, but it’s great for longer stay. quite big room. it has bidet which is not that often in European hotels. good a/c. hotel has private parking. in breakfast you can make fresh juices for yourself from fruits and vegetables, which is great for me.

    amazing and relaxing wellness and spa zone managers were very helpful and were able to change dates of arrival due to my car breakdown for the next day without extra charge or cancellation fee in spite it supposed to be applied a bed was very comfortable, room was clean. highly recommend for relaxing stay and for sure will come back
