Nice location in a nice, walkable neighborhood. The M2 tram stop is just half a block away, providing easy public transit access to other parts of the city (usually via the Alexanderplatz station). Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are a little worn, but comfortable.

I requested a quiet room and got one that was really, really quiet! Loved that! Breakfast is abundant and of outstanding quality. Public spaces inviting. Staff as professional and as personable as can be. Location is superb, within walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate and the phenomenal city park called Tiergarten, also to the entire cluster of beautiful things to see on the Museumsinse.
