A 2-minute walk from Windsor Castle in the center of Windsor, Luxury, Castle View Apartment!

As stated, was a luxury apartment next to Windsor Castle. Front row (warm) seats to watch changing of the guards. The fully equipped kitchen was very useful. Bath was fabulous, decor was great throughout.

The Sofitel Heathrow has direct access to Terminal 5 via a covered walkway. It has a modern health spa, a 24-hour gym, 2 bars and 2 restaurants.

The location was perfect. “Ronak” at the front desk was engaging and professional. After a 3 week trip to Portugal, the last thing we needed was to feel stress related to getting to Terminal 5 at Heathrow for our return to the US. What a treat to WALK to terminal 5 from the hotel. We enjoyed a lovely evening in the hotel bar eating pizza, drinking cold Guinness, watching football.

    Staff were really friendly both at check in and out. Whilst it was busy at breakfast staff were helpful and did very best to keep everything stocked up when hungry school group was there at the same time as us. Whilst this made it a little nosier in small space it was a great breakfast! Loved having twin queen size beds it was perfect for a treat night away with my niece. Perfect location for our Legoland adventure.

    An excellent stay from the get go. A warm, friendly welcome from reception. I was given a room upgrade, which was lovely. Room was clean and spacious, and I loved the White Company toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of fruit, cereals, yoghurt, and pastries plus cooked options. Check out was easy too. I stayed because I had to attend a funeral and the helpful staff and ambience of the hotel made what could have been a stressful experience in the end quite relaxing. Well done.

    Staff are exceptional, go above and beyond, always smiling and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing ! Extremely relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Spa facilities a little bit dated but clean and comfortable, large jacquzzi & roomy hot sauna.

    Lovely, friendly, helpful staff as always. This is our third stay. I’ve been bringing my daughter for a little spa experience here since she was 6. We can stay by the pool till 10 if wanting too. Room is lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast is great. Never tried the main restaurant but looks great. Also offers afternoon tea. We always enjoy getting our spa robe and slippers and heading down to pool area with gym, jacuzzi and sauna We will be back again soon
