Lovely landlady, great breakfast, good shower and above all, right on the seafront on a quiet road, and a wonderful view of the bay. Not a luxury hotel and a bit dated, but a good honest B and B that also allows dogs. We would go again. Also they had a parking space for us, but it's first come first served, so get there early.

It had everything there. The spa in the secret garden was amazing. You have the whole garden to yourself. In the garden is the spa and the sauna. There are sun loungers and comfy seats too. You get an hour in the for £20 per person and it is very good value for money. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and managed to relax. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable and relaxed from arrival. The hotel was clean and pleasant with nice communal spaces to while away some time over a drink. The view from our balcony was absolutely amazing, thank you. The hotel doors closed quietly and the hotel was well sound-proofed so there was no disturbance to sleep from inside the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised by how quiet the road outside the hotel was enabling us to have the window open. Breakfast was very nice.

Excellent central location a couple of minutes from the train station, opposite the beach and a very short flat walk to town. We had great communication from our hosts and they were very friendly. The decor has lovely personal touches with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Very comfortable beds, clean and spacious room with a delicious freshly cooked breakfast…we’ll definitely book again, thank you No98!😀

Julia and Ian are wonderful hosts. Although the room isn't the most spacious one, it had everything I needed. And what a view! The breakfast was delicious and the whole atmosphere was warm and relaxing. For me it was a perfect getaway!

Hosts had great personality Stayed in the top room - Rhino which was very spacious and a bed I wish I could take home with me A 3 course breakfast cooked by Ali who has a diploma in food and wine which very much shows in the food , we got much more than expected from a BnB , definitely has the boutique and luxury part . Bill has great memory and service skills , always asking how our day was from yesterday . All the restaurant recommendations were on point.

Everything about this House was perfect The hosts were amazing, they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and communication between us was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, as was the hot tub, pool, sauna and steam pod. My absolute favourite was the Pool, it was set at ideal temperature, for us all to use straight away, which is where we spent most of our time. The whole house was just so beautifully decorated This was the most relaxed and chilled weekend away i have ever spent. I will definitely be booking again!
