Loved our spacious room and enormous bathroom, the shower was wonderful. We enjoyed the location of the hotel and found going into town on the water taxi an added dimension to our mini break. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing session in the Spa!

The executive Room size is huge with a sofa and desk. The spa , sauna, and heated pool made the ski trip more fun. The breakfast has enough choices to start the day. The locked dry room is handy to store ski gears. Walking distance to the centre. The hotel is a bit outdated but still in good condition. The price is acceptable. The welcoming staff made our stay memorable! Highly recommended!

-Close to the CBD, 5 min walk but quite uphill - nice facilities such as the gym and especially the hotpool and sauna! Only $35 for 45mins. We thought it was $35pp but nope! It was for the whole facility! They had towels and showers in there too. - spacious rooms with nice amenities e.g. bathrobe and slippers, free laundry with soap, complementary hot drinks. You needed to pay for the mini bar, but still a nice touch. Buffet Breakfast was available if you wanted.

One night away, felt like a few days away. It was so relaxing. Staying in one place, with everything you need to unwind and relax. Quality bathroom products. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Restaurant food was delicious. The day spa although slightly more than I'm used to paying, was very good. The indoor pool, sauna and spa facilities were excellent.

Location location location! views from our room were 10/10 loved the older decor and the overall size of the room outdoor hot tub was epic, especially at night (seriously who needs Onsen Hot Pools when you can stay here and do the same thing for less $$) there’s actually a lot here- cinema, squash court, gym, day spa. it was a great place for us to plant roots whilst we stayed in Queenstown Staff were so lovely and we had a great time overall If you book through booking.com, book with breakfast included as it’s very very good value.

We loved the old school feel of the hotel, it's the opposite of modern and has great character and spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful scenery on the river side, as well as having one of the best spas we've been to - sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub all included in the price of the room. Plus the staff are amazing and the food in the restaurant was just delicious, it's very easy to relax here and still only 15 minutes drive from Queenstown
