Rooms are neat, clean,comfortable and service at this hotel is great. We enjoyed the breakfast. Many delicious traditional turkish options. Great bagels and simit. Service also very good in the breakfast area. Wish we stayed longer, as 2 nights are not enough to experience Bursa at it’s best. We enjoyed the thermal spa and sauna area. Also used the gym. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable big bed. The breakfast is outstanding with a huge selection of fresh food. The restaurant in the top floor is also very nice. All meals can be ordered online to the room as well. We did this on a Saturday night and the food came within 15 minutes. The spa is very clean and offers everything from all type of massages to different pools, saunas and other treatments.
