It was beautiful, the kids enjoyed it and the staff was amazing. Thank you so much to Rita I selected the wrong dates and she was able to change them for me. The pool and gym were very nice. We also ran into a YouTuber the kids were super excited about that.

The room was clean and in good condition, breakfast looked ok (was too early for me to eat but there were eggs, ham, waffle making station -- standard set, eating area was spacious enough and clean), close to domestic

The breakfast was surprisingly good! I wasn’t expecting there to be so many options and the hot breakfast was awesome. Saved me a trip to ihop next door. Also, my room was really nice, definitely not what I was expecting. It was so spacious and I appreciated the fact that my room was dimly lit and cooled before getting there, essentially a turn down service. Thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly the lady on reception (sorry, I didn't catch her name) and Sonia at breakfast. The lady behind the bar with the glasses (sorry, also missed her name) was also very welcoming. The location is great near the museums and aquarium on the Atlanta City Pass. The hotel has all you need, swimming pool, gym, places to relax and a bar.

Though the location is perfect and room space and ammenities are mostly adequate it is evident that the hotel is in a state of transition. The price was too high for the services offered No breakfast, no cleaning service, no night reception.
