Everything was terrible. 2 person beds really small, they gave us a ‘suite’ upgrade after telling them we would go to another hotel. The suite was last decorated in the 80’s. Airco wasn’t working. We had to wait 3 hours before the kids ‘bed’ (sofa) was made. They charged me twice accidentally and promised me the wrongful charge would be arranged in maximum 3 days. Now almost a week later the amount is still blocked on my card and no reply whatsoever on my emails. Horrible experience. My advice: do a full renovation and re-training of the staff or change the name to YMCA and take a zero off the price!
