It was one of the best Hotels I have ever been. Great is everything: the room with extremely comfortable bed and pillows, staff, brilliant dinner and breakfast. We didn't visit Spa and Sauna because of lack of time but we'll do it definitely next time.

The breakfast is included and offers a large choice served inside or outside on the beautiful terrace with a view. The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. We had a suite with a wonderful view of the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent underground parking garage.

Staff was really helpful, beautiful view from the hotel over the mountain, great location only couple of minutes walk to the old town. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Very good sauna with heated swimming pool. Free parking. A table where to eat in the room. Perfect view.

After an eventful day in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, relax and unwind in the Hotel Zugspitze's spa area, where your will find an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, a hot tub, plunge pools and a fitness room. The location is perfect--close to the train station, close to a nice walking area of town, but also close enough to jump on the freeway to go south to Innsbruck or north to Ettal or Oberammergau. It's so quiet at night, I didn't need earplugs (and I'm a sensitive sleeper)! The bathroom has all necessary amenities, and the minibar beverages were complimentary as well which was a beautiful touch. The spa services are wonderful, the restaurant was wonderful--honestly, going half board here was the best decision I've ever made because the four course dinners were heavenly. The underground parking gave me true peace of mind as well. The bed was also an awesome size for a solo traveler - bigger than a normal single for sure!
