In the mornings, a Sussex breakfast ( Full English) is served fresh to order, using locally sourced produce wherever possible. Guests are welcome to unwind in the sea-facing sun lounge, or on colder evenings, in front of the fireplace in the cosy guest lounge. Magnificent stay all around, very clean, and quiet, cosy comfortable and spacious room, excellent spacious shower, great views, super friendly staff and the most delicious and healthy breakfast. Will be staying again!

Each room has an en suite bath or shower with hairdryer and luxury toiletries supplied. All have a flat-screen TV with DVD player, iPod dock and tea and coffee facilities.

Freshly cooked breakfasts feature homemade bread and sausages and home-cured bacon. Locally caught fish and free range eggs from a local farm are also used at The Old Rectory. EVERYTHING!! This hotel has a caring staff, clean & well stocked room, and beautiful property!!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a rooftop pool, lake view and a terrace, Delightful 2 Bed Double Decker Bus with Hot Tub is set in Uckfield. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a hot tub, and open-air bath, as well as a garden. It was just perfect, quiet, private, warm and comfortable beautiful view we had a fabulous time

A bicycle rental service is available at Sea View Holiday Flat - Covehurst Bay, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. The facilities are really great. Walking distance to a beach with pretty much no one else on it and lovely mini-waterfalls on the way. Close enough to Hastings seaside experience, Cambersands and Port Lympne Safari Park.

The area is popular for hiking, and bike hire is available at Badgers Den - Covehurst Bay Holiday Cottage. The holiday home also features outdoor fireplace and a picnic area for a day out in the open. Lovely peaceful, cosy place to stay Really enjoyed the hot tub and steam room after a long day of walking in the gorgeous surroundings.

All of it was great, loved the comfy bed and bedding.

All our bedrooms are spacious and have either Twin beds, a Super King or an Emperor bed (in our Junior Suites only) as well as beautiful marble bathrooms/shower rooms, smart TVs and stunning views of the Sussex coast. The Junior Suites have both a walk-in shower and a double jacuzzi. Good location. Great for winter break. Parking outside. Super upgrade to the best room ever. A complimentary drink during our stay and a pianist. Very welcoming and attentive staff.

All 45 rooms have been entirely refurbished, including, five new Veranda Suites with private terraces. A number of new public spaces and dining concepts, which reflects the relaxed, yet sophisticated new interiors and style of the hotel are now revealed. It was nicely furnished and decorated. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel’s spa features various treatment rooms. At Flackley Ash Hotel Restaurant and Spa, guests can also enjoy a gym, a 40 ft heated indoor swimming-pool, a hot tub and saunas. Various beauty treatments and massages are also available. The cleanliness was spotless and the sheets smell so fresh. The furnishings was good and there was easy flow of movement within the room.
