Friendly staff, good arrival hours as well as early exit trough a side door allowing for very easy exit. Acceptable internet speed and the room was very well kept and clean.

I love this hotel! I have stayed here many times when visiting the Thuringia region (from America). The location is beautiful - in the mountains (at the bottom of a valley). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very substantial, and the in-house restaurant is excellent for evening meals! The hostess, Helga is a wonderful woman! She's warm and friendly, funny and kind!
