The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is also pretty good. The entrace area is very nice, a lot of places to lounge and rest, bathrooms easily accessible, baggage storage area free of charge, except for the lockers (it costs 2€ to lock your items in a cabinet).
