The breakfast was incredible, along with the room. The only thing they should improve upon is the beds. They were too hard.

It is located near a lot of shops and a Starbucks's in Ingles a grocery. It doesn’t really have scenery but it was clean and the staff was nice.

Great spot to stay , until you and your child have to repack , and relocate to another room at 1AM due to the no air compressor in the unit went out. Night manager was very nice and accommodating guy . Finally settled in new room on different floor by 1AM . I called front desk and asked for late check out . As we were exiting our room at 1:05PM with our luggage , the day manager lady informed me I was 5min late and being charged $45 .

The person when we checked it was the very best!! Young guy that said he was learning the front desk said he was with housekeeping. We had ask for 12:00 check in because of event we had to attend. The young man had wonderful customer service and quickly made sure we were taking care of.
