A friend I told we were going there said it wasn’t so kid-friendly, but I disagree in the case of our 1.5-year-old! The staff were very kind and welcoming, there was a cot for him to sleep in, high chairs and kids’ menu at the restaurant and a shallower section of the pool which he could walk around in independently. He also loved the resident cats! They also kindly allowed us to move rooms for a late checkout (at no extra charge), which meant that he could nap before the flight home.

Bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were always available and helpful. Rented a car from the reception and it was available within minutes. Not overcrowded and monkeys also come to visit near the reception area!
