Fairways 18 - cottage in the centre of town is a recently renovated vacation home in Batemans Bay, near Batemans Bay Marina. There's a sun terrace and guests can use free Wifi and free private...

The house is very well equipped, very clean and extremely well presented -an absolute credit to the owner. The beds were comfortable, and the spacious and updated bathrooms and kitchen were first class. The three of us were staying in Batemans Bay to play a round of golf at the Catalina Country Club which is a stone's throw down the road. We went back to the Catalina Club for dinner that night and we were able to walk to and from very easily. The contact with the owner was fantastic and the procedure with the key safe was seamless. I honestly couldn't be happier or more impressed with the property and whole experience and would highly recommend this property, especially if playing golf.

great property, new, warm and tidy, on a hill, door entry via code very convenient, complementary sweets, chips and mineral water were very welcome, new nice modern TV. garage was empty and we got to park inside, another bonus

    The room was one of the most beautiful we stayed in on our road trip and as an interior designer I could appreciate the attention to detail that had gone into everything about the renovation. Lovely extra touches like the filtered sparkling water at the cantina and luxury body products were very much appreciated

    It was a lot cleaner and newer than the cabins/villas I’ve experienced elsewhere! Thick sheets, big soft towels, instant hot water, quiet A/C, comfortable bed! Great for adult & kid. Shops across the road! Great base for AFL State Champs at Hanging Rock

    Great location right next to the playground and still not far from the shops. Very clean and the lady who checked us in was so lovely esp when there were other patrons who had issues while we were checking in, she easily fixed our problem from the elevated villas to a more ground level.
