The Ferntree Team were extremely thorough with providing every bit of information you needed to know about your arrival, their hours, all local tours on offer, and information and menu for their Cassowary Restaurant. Their communication was exceptional. We had a spacious budget room. The Cassowary Restaurant was located in the middle of the retreat and had a nice menu with lots of delicious specials on offer. Our meals were delicious. The staff were very nice.

There are few shops / pubs in walking distance. The prices are fairly cheap for the cabins,, although I wouldn't have paid more to stay there.

We had a wonderful time relaxing here, and will be back again (hopefully when the creek is running). Bed was very comfortable, and the spa and rain shower added luxurious touches.
