The lady who serviced the rooms was an absolute delight, especially after I injured myself, bringing my ice and showing genuine concern. The hotel is simply furnished, but very Cicely done, the sauna and pool where great too. Its in a good location, close to the village and the ski lifts and very good value for money.

Complementary shuttle to lifts in the morning. Village shuttle bus stop right outside hotel front door. It’s a fifteen minute walk down into village centre over the suspension bridge by Super Morzine lift.

The place was clean and extremely well organised - perfect to use as a base or to relax in. The views were lovely and the owners were extremely helpful. we tended to walk into the town but could have utilised the free shuttle service. We made good use of the private pool which was always clean.
